Junkies go into old warehouses, buildings, houses, garages, etc., and steal things made out of copper and aluminum (and other metals)so they can cash them in and feed their drug habits. It's quite a big problem actually D= It's like cashing in cans or bottles, but you get a hell of alot more. So, slightly less retarded.

I have heard and seen more retarded things then that, miss Lina... A month ago, a man went into a bank, at the suburban I go to school, and demanded 100 kronor.
That in translation means about 10 dollars in translation! That guy "robbed" a bank on ten dollars!! rofl (And I thought only Dr. Evil could be retarded. mrgreen )

Yes, it's still stolen money, but it'd probably take more time and money to find and arrest the criminal. If he comes back, then maybe yes. However at this point it just seems like the guy really was hankering really bad for $10 worth of McDonalds or something.

He was arrested shortly after, two weeks later charges included threatning one of the cashiers. But still, he could have demanded more for that sueing.
