Baizou had just paid for his rose and secured everything in the safe shopping bag from the store before he started to head back towards the Muffin. He didn't really rush. He was enjoying the crowd. His ears perked, however when he heard the familiar beautiful humming coming from somewhere in the crowd. Baizou stopped and closed his eyes, channeling his powers to search out the emotions of the one person he love more than anything. He located her spot in the crowd and smiled, taking off at a run, slinking between people and throwing apologies over his shoulder as he scooted through crowds. The beautiful form of his wife was unmistakable. Using a concealment charm, he hid his bag from view, letting it float beside him in invisibility. He walked up to Ellie and matched pace with her before finally saying, "Carry your bags for you, ma'am?"

Ellie blinked once or twice at the empty spot next to her, that people seemed unable to pass through. "No thanks," Ellie started, with a quick smirk, her humming stopping, "love." Drawing her bags in closer, she cut off through the crowd, like a snake, slithering between all of the busy bodies. It was easy enough, if you could pick out the spot you wanted to go. In no time, she was growing the distance between them, and was unable to tell if he was following or not. Of course it had bene him. She couldn't mistake that voice anyday. It would always make shivers slip down her spine, and make a smile dance across her lips. Cutting quickly through the crowd, she was in the clear for the path up the hill to the building. Laughing softly, she concealed herself next to a tree, using a more practical method of picking out its characteristics and duplicating them as her own. She was next to the tree. She was the tree.

Baizou took off after her weaving between and around people until he reached the same clearing. He paused, glancing around and letting his cloaking drop. He actually forgot he was still using it. "Ah, pity, then." Able to follow her emotions to the general area in which she was hiding so he knew he wasn't talking to the empty air. "Seems Ellie has run away from me." He sighed dramatically. "Of course, she knows that I would never rest until I found her because I will go after her every tiiiime." he said in a sing-song voice. "I might... get caught in a rain storm or... lose all my body heat."

Knowing that he had caught onto her general area of hiding, and was heading around the tree, she tip toed around it until she was behind him. Carefully setting down her bags, she pounced on his back, with a dramatic sob. "Nooo! Not my Baizou! Pleeeeease!" she whined, body clinging to him tightly, as she managed to laugh yet still hold on tightly.

Baizou jumped only a little bit. He knew she was behind him, just not when she would strike. "Yes yes! I will perish if I cannot find my beloved Elisaaan!" he cried, shifting so that he could carry her piggyback. He flicked a hand at her bag and let float along side them like his own. "Would you like a ride back to your place?" He asked, holding on tight to her as he began to walk up the hill the rest of the way. "Not far, my love!"

"Oh, poo. I suppose I cannot decline..." she sighed, before kissing at his neck quite a few times. Ending by blowing a raspberry on his neck, her hands looped around his chest tightly, as she awaited their arrival. As they walked along, she smirked for a second. Silently, her wings grew to full height, her body performed a small binding charm to him, and with one movement of her feathery appendages, they were up in the air. "Ah-ha!" she exclaimed, flying them closer to the muffin. "I suppose I will have to transport you home, now."

"Ah!" Baizou cried at the sudden elevation as he pulled his legs up to his chest. "Now, how am I supposed to romantically carry you back to the Demented Muffin if you are flying us everywhere?" He asked in mock indignation as their feet hit the ground in front of the Muffin.

Ellie laughed, separating them by a release of the spell. Her wings returned back to their normal size, and she smirked up at him. "I think that I win, for now." Snatching her bags out of midair, and huddling them to her chest like a secret, she scuttled off towards the door. "C'mon now, love."
