aCraftyCharacter on of the things that i'd like to have straightend out is that in First Strike, Whitcomb arms the Nova bombs to blow 20 hours after they leave reach. that is sometime in late September. then, the date of the chapter in GoO where the Nova bomb goes off, is dated November First. .... that's not 20 hours. i'd like to think the Crystal has something to do with it, but i don't see in what way it's manipulating the Nova bomb. and if it is, then why? it changed time for MC when cortana made the jump from alpha halo to Reach, but why the Nova bomb? It messed with the time for the Nova because they jumped with the crystal as soon as the got off of Reach.as for GoO,it was an awesome book but Will shouldn't have died crying

Why did so many Spartans have to die in that book?! scream Man that is so sad.I still can't get over all of them dieing. crying

my friend let me borrow it last week and im only half way through with it. i finished fall of reach and first strike, does that count for anything? i really dont see the point in reading "The Flood" cuz its basically the first Halo game isnt it? might as well play the game then read it. but so far i think Ghost of Onyx and Fall of Reach are THE best.

True, It would be interesting to see Master Chief to interact with another Spartan in Halo 3. Now about the book, I just finished the book near the end of June. The ending was pretty intense but I also agree that Will shouldn't have died.

I read Ghost Of Onyx and I was just wondering why their were spartan 2's if all of them died during the fall of reach.
