Recent update: Okay. mad If anyone says anything that's totally offensive, and it's obvious someone is totally offended, Hans will not be happy. This is NOT a place to cause controversy. It's a place to meet other Muslims and get along.
If you have useless information to post, please post it in the specified MUG Lounge! Anywhere else will be deleted. I cannot move threads or posts, so if you want to keep it, do it right! Please also post non-Islamic comments/and whatever you feel like there!
Things have been way out of hand lately, so I apologize if ahead of time, I am a dictator. But. Just take it.
There are designated threads for topics. If you want to post something outside of these, you may ask me. PM's are acceptable. =3

Askhans has some not so new news for you.
I have some rules. But since most of you are already good about this it doesn't matter. xd
1. No rude bragging...like if you're happy you did something great, tell us, but please don't be all like "I'm rich," etc. That's not nice and it's degrading for anyone that doesn't have money. neutral Being rich on gaia is one thing, but being rich in real life and bragging is totally different.
2. TRY to make your typing legible. Like...you "u" or "r" is legible. And even "teh" or "meh" or whatever, I know I do that. "i" is okay. But horrid spelling skills that aren't meant to be cute or short hand drive me nuts. I won't be mad if you do it. I'll just fix it for you. 3nodding
3. Respect other people's religions, or no one will ever respect ours. I also stress this because we have some non-muslim members. Besides, Islam tells us to respect other religions anyway.
4. No repeat threads, please. I saw the homosexuality come up again. Not that it's a horrible topic, but we already have it. Please check to make sure you're not repeating something.
5. No begging please...if I recall we had a wishlist thread already, post it there, or in the charity forum. Your quests are already advertised in your signatures, and we have a special thread for that anyway.
6. No cursing. I recall Baccus once saying that she didn't want any cursing.
7. Please don't use that code which has you see your avatar. I've seen it in signatures, and we had that in a thread already. I read in one of the stickies that the code is prohibited, because it uses and wastes a lot of bandwidth. It also says that we are supposed to report anyone using it. I'm not sure if you can get banned or not, but I don't want any little MUGgers in trouble. whee If you want proof, see here:

That's the same code, whether or not it's in your sig. So please don't use it. ^^
8. Don't do the bump thread thing...please. It's just a waste of space. gonk And for reasons unknown to me it really grinds my nerves. I also don't like bumping in threads that much. Please don't. The only one I don't mind having bumped is the belief thread. Besides, if you just post something worthwhile that's sort of an automatic bump. I'd rather you just post something with a purpose.
9. This isn't the chatterbox, so don't make it like one.
10. Don't piss me off. Just don't.
Just some more issues, not so much rules:
I know we're all proud of who we are. But please don't make clubs within MUG for your culture/background/race/whatever. Make a guild for that. We don't want to create divisions within Islam. While it's not BAD, just please, make it somewhere outside of MUG.
I won't be a**l about these rules, really. Just please try gonk I don't want to be the meanie moderator that everyone wishes would just quit the guild.
Don't worry. Most of you are good little MUGers. xd Just had to say that. heart But really, most of these rules are just common sense. 3nodding

I didn't want to make a new sticky, as we have too many already, and in the beliefs thread I'd have to delete a ton of posts. So this goes here. :O Fun facts (feel free to add): 1...There is a mathematical rule that 1 in an extremely large or infinite number is equal to 0. The theory that the universe was created by chance states that the chance was 1 in an infinite or extremely large number. That would make it 0. Therefore there was no chance for it to be created. But it's here, isn't it? So that's evidence of God. 2...There is scientific information in the Qur'an, revealed 1400 years ago, which is being "discovered" now. No human would've known that stuff. More evidence of God. :O Want more info on that? I don't have the time for extreme detail on that. So, go Here

I'm sick of people acting like uneducated, selfish, ignorant freaks and going around spouting that dreaded word as an insult. If you're talking about the musical term (which, by the way, is spelled with an i in plce of the e) then that's okay.
