Ra walked on for a bit, considering what she asked. He hadn't thought of leaving, what it would entail, where he would go. Staying here would mean being around his younger siblings as they grew, under the jurisdiction of his parents. He didn't really want to be, he wanted to go out and see the world, see all the things his dad spoke of, show them what he could do. He was just getting into his stride in life.
"I don't know." he admitted "I'm still wondering where to go, what to do, there are so many places I want to see but at the same time, it's good here."

She nuzzled him as he spoke again and smiled, "We could go off, wandering and then come back, then you can see everything and yet still return here. It would be a good adventure, nothing to hold us back, no parents no nothing." She smiled, it was an idea.
She sat, her golden eyes staring into his, tail flicking behind her waiting for his response.

He smiled to himself. "Actually, I wouldn't half mind that. Stretch our legs, see the world then come home after. I like it." he smirked, looking out of the graveyard. "I don't think I'll tell anyone that I'm going in case they don't want me to leave." he frowned "I'm old enough to look after myself, and I'd have you with me, wouldn't I?"

Ny couldnt help but laugh at his words.
"Yep the younger white ghost of a female will look after the big firekin boy." She chuckled a little more and attempted to push Ra over playfully.
"The world can be our playground, just you and me and a big fat world!" She thought about it a little and then nodded to herself. "I think I would like to go see mother and father again as well. Just to see how they are and show that brother of mine.. that I am a fighter." She mused on the thought for a bit and then turned back to Ra. "Otherwise I will let the scardy firekin lead the way." She chuckle a little, it was nice to be herself around Ra, around everyone else she felt she had to be someone different.

At being shoved he let out a playful growl and gently tugged on one of her ears. "Hey, I didn't say look after, I said "come with"" he chuckled "Either way, two sets of claw are better than one."
He looked out through the mist trying to imagine the lands beyond again, thinking all the way back to the desert and it's too-hot sun. "I say that sounds like a good plan. How surprised would your parents be to see you alive, well and stronger than ever?"

She chuckled, "We all know your a wealking Ra!" She chuckled as he tugged one of her ears.
She thought a minute about what he said. "Mother and father I think would have expected it. My brother however." She smirked at the thought of pinning her stupid brother to the ground and showing him that he was indeed weak.
She looked back at Ra smiling once more, "When do we leave?"

He laughed heartily at the image of Ny giving her brother a good kicking.
"When? Well I say there's no time like the present." He grinned, poking her with a paw. "Shall we go m'lady?"

She laughed again as he poked her and spoke in that manner.
"I believe we shall sir." She nuzzled his side, rubbing against him as she got up to move. Flicking his face with her tail. "Come on then mr snail... your suppose to be leading us!" She stuck her tongue out a little playfully and ran off a little way before turning back to look at him.

He playfully snapped at her tailtuft as it went past, breaking into a jog to lead the way, head held high, bounding past her with a laugh and running off towards the borders of the graveyard.
His father would notice he was gone in time but would understand that it was in the nature of things for all sons to leave their family one day.

Ra would be noticed to be missing, Ny wouldn't. Only a small few knew where she was, knew where she had been. None would have missed her.
She chassed after Ra, the only one she cared about, if he had gone without her, then she would have probably got in a right stress and started attacking things. However she was with her best friend, both being incredibly playful and both seemingly very happy.
"Ra, where are we going?" She chuckled a little, nipping at his side as she came level with him.

He waved his tail, feeling happier than he ever had. He was old enough now to look after himself, catch his own food, seek his own water. Firekin blood ran in both of their veins, there was little anyone could do to stop their stride. His black velvet paws were silent on the dusty ground as he jogged along by Ny's side, thinking for a second before turning to her with a big grin. "Where? Wherever we please. How about the nearest place? The Pridelands. Let's go see what /good/ hunting is like."

Their blood gave them some sort of advantage, or at least that is what Ny thought, two youngsters with the blood of firekins. Ny couldn't wait.
"Pridelands? That could be fun, especially if someone actually realises where we are from, as far as I know, this marking on me here, was my grandmothers, so maybe... Either way, hunting couldbe interesting to." She would never admit it but hunting wasn't one of her strong points, in fact, she was rubbish at hunting. Hunting other lions, that she was good at, food, not so good at.
"Anyway.. didn't you say you were going to hunt for me!" She chuckled remembering what they had said earlier. She wasn't going to hunt if she didnt have to.

Ra rolled his eyes and smirked "Fiiine, I'll do the hunting, you can just lounge around in the grass like the lady you claim to be." he cackled. "Anyway, onwards and outwards!"
