That is a good intro. I love sushi too, and sometimes make my own.

I figured seeing this is a guild for old people, it might be good to use a bigger font. lol

I can make rolls, but I have never made any with raw fish.

I usually just make chicken and avocado rolls or smoked salmon or tuna or vegetarian. I made sushi for my brother's wedding to a Japanese woman. They didn't laugh at it. (I suspect foreign sushi bears little resemblance to authentic Japanese, but I may be wrong.)
