Personally, I don't think your ready for a relationship yet. Not a serious one. And love comes in many ways, so dont look in one place. That right person will come to you. But what i'm also trying to say is, don't be stuck on race (however cute the japanese may be) a person is a person, and love is not defined by a race. And if you were wondering, I too wanted a japanese girlfriend at about your age but came to know a few Japanese people later on, and I don't exceptionally like the people I met. It's not because they are Japanese, its because our personalities don't mingle well. Erm well, my girlfriend is part Japanese... so i guess i reversed my argument. sweatdrop I tend to do that alot. i know it sounds cheesy...but...i've been togther with my love for more than 2 years and still goin...and im only 16 now stil a student...i still concentrate on my studies....

If you are both under 18 and have sex together, no. However, I'm sure if an older man or woman were to have sex with a minor just like in the US and UK, then they could be brought up on charges. The adult not the minor.

If that was always true then why do we have 15 year old girls claiming that they love a 30 year old guy, and then when they are out of Highschool they finally see there faults. =/, I'd just like to say that Love is non-existent as much as you think you may love someone this is the real world. You are going to disagree with your mate. And that is why only about 2% of the couples that marry in the US end up getting divorced over stupid reasons. =/.
