I've come to think, could this symbol, or what he did be part of Chaos Magick? It isn't impossible, it would also make some sense. He had a meaning for it, this symbol is what came of it, he can't describe in words what it was, he knows what he wanted, this symbol then worked. He also never claimed to have seen negative affects on other people, so could this be Chaos Magick and not Alchemy? Could this have been created by the mind; could he have asked for some sort of control over all things and his mind, in a state of gnosis, gave him all the knowledge in the world and he impeded it into this symbol; are Chaos Magick and Alchemy the same thing, for the symbols used for writing by the alchemists had meaning, they were what the alchemists may have wanted; is it possible that this isn't a symbol of life and death, chaos and birth, but of knowledge and how with it the mind can bend reality to its will, how the reality we see is shaped by the mind and this symbol unlocks the ability of the mind to change what we know into something else entirely, couldn't it be argued that that is the true purpose of alchemy, isn't it true that... I understand now, it all makes so much sense, I can feel what he felt, maybe not to the same degree, but I know now what I didn't, I understand so much more. It all makes perfect sense!

This symbol isn't just about chaos and enchantment, it is so much more, it is everything. When someone knows what I'm talking about P-Mail me, for I can't believe I was so blind before... EVERYTHING!

After posting this I used the knowledge I gained, trying to preform things are different, I can feel the line between life and death, though there is no real difference. When I try to cast a spell it is different, I almost caught a piece of paper on fire, just by willing it and believe it is no different then fire. I stopped myself because I felt something else, I could feel spirits around me, more like a black outline of people. It startled me and I stopped, the smoke was gone and the paper felt warm. I tried another spell and the same sensation. I don't know everything, for that would just be hypocritical. This symbol has changed me and I believe I understand more, it more opened my mind to a greater degree, though I think that this also may cause 'bad' things, though bad and good are more ideas then things. Just because someone thinks something is good another may see it as bad. My mind is finally opened and I can begin learning, no, relearning.

Cool beans. So, if I'm reading this right, The Epiphanites (possibly including yourself, Khal, but I'm unsure what your role in this is XD), and FLCL claim that this symbol is part of a Really Big ******** Array Far More Biggerer Than Anyone Can Even Imagine, and they're worried that posting this symbol could cause a chain reaction that causes other folk to find out the other 350+ symbols that compose the R.B.F.A.F.M.B.T.A.C.E.I which will then screw over all matter and end the world? Neat. It's like the Pokémon of the alchemic world.

Chaos Magick's a metabelief system. Nothing can really /be/ chaos magick, cause it isn't really a system in its own right - rather, its a means of theiving from other systems.

So...nobody else is slightly concerned that IT PULSED...right...ok then...
