{OoC::; Hah!! xD First on THIRD page!! ;D

Damien stared at the floor while his boyfriend shuffled around only a moment behind him, before that soft curse slipped his lips. A very small, gentle smile drifted to his lips, along with a thought of how to reply to that. ‘Now, Spencer, that’s not the way an angel should talk, now is it?’ he thought, chuckling gently, though it was so soft, almost as though he was simply exhaling. His heart still hammered at a frightening pace inside his chest, his hands quivering slightly. Was Spencer really right, though? The smile fell from his lips. Was he truly safe here at Sinful Wings? Now, his brother was in school as well, not to mention they’d been in the same house quite a while, so they would be more likely to be found in more places, by more people. Tears jumped into those magnificent crimson eyes. It was at this age that the parents always seemed to find the child again, and they were more vulnerable than ever.

“It’s fine…” Damien said in a shaky breath, his hands fisting and opening at his sides, the boy trying desperately to, once again, repress his repressed memories. Each one, it seemed, once gone would flash into his mind for only a moment before being gone entirely, making the sixteen-year-old wince, fists tightening at his sides. When he finally could search the back of his mind – not delving to far, mind you – without something sickening popping up, he felt he could easily just collapse and forget that anything else had happened that day, but he knew he couldn’t. Today was his first real day of school, and he wasn’t going to screw it up anymore than he already had. Of course, he would have to stop the tears that were coursing down his cheeks before that was going to happen.

Finally, he simply turned and slipped his arms about Spencer’s neck, burying his face where the other’s neck met his shoulders. He was so warm, so inviting. So… Not his father. So different from that horrid man. He hiccupped once or twice, failing to take in a steady breath, his tanned fingers entwined in deep, rich brown locks that had so many times graced his skin in the past day. The past day that they’d known each other, had it really only been that long? Amazing… Somehow two boys had gone from classmates, to friends, to lovers, in under twenty-four hours. Well… Perhaps not lovers, quite yet. That was something that Damien wouldn’t be ready for for a long, long time, if ever. It didn’t matter. Right now, all that really mattered was the boy, and the scent of him that was currently soaking across the boy’s slim frame.

“Hey, Spence?” Damien said, his voice sounding weaker than the one Spencer would likely be used to, pumped full of confidence, almost a bit childish now. He finally backed up, taking his hand from the boy’s hair and wiping it across his eyes, leaving them shimmering, wet trails having been paved down from those puffy red eyes. But, he was smiling. That was the best sign of all wasn’t it? “I should probably go get changed, and give you time to do the same. Not to mention I’ll need to call my brother soon, just to make sure everything’s fine at that co-ed school of his,” he said, the confidence slowly seeping back into his voice as he finally, slowly, became Damien once again, the boy who hadn’t been seen in nearly the last twelve hours. He kissed Spence’s cheek sweetly, and slipped out the door, tossing a ‘Au revoir, Love!’ back at the shorter boy as he vanished.

[ Darnn. ;P ]

Spencer's eyes focused on the opening and closing of Damien's fists at his side. He bit down on his bottom lip, very cautiously taking slow steps forward. The tears on his face made his heart beat painful. Just seeing that hurt him. He couldn't take just standing there and watching. He had to do something, even if he was afraid to set him off somehow. He didn't want to scare him.

Slowly and carefully the angel moved himself in front of the other boy, placing his warm palms on his cheeks, wiping away all the moisture. "Shh, Damien." He murmered, his voice soft and shaky, almost at a whisper. He soon found a familiar pair of arms around his neck, a warm, wet face pressed to his neck. He let out a soft sigh, digging his fingers into the soft black hair of the human boy. "Shh, please don't cry.." He whispered, holding him close, wrapping the other arm around his waist. He pressed his lips to the side of Damien's head, not quite reaching the top of it, and held him close, feeling so happy to be this close again, yet so sad that he was crying.

Finally hearing Dae's voice made his stomach drop. It sounded so weak, so young, so sad. He released his grip as soon as he began to move, letting his arms fall to his sides. Just setting eyes on that smile made Spencer smile, but it was a small smile. He still was unsure of how his boyfriend was doing. "Oh, okay." He replied, nodding his head slowly. His cheeks gained colour as he felt the other's soft lips touch him, waving slowly as he slipped out the door. "Bye, Dae." He muttered, sighing once more once he heard the 'click' of a closed door.

He ran his fingers through his hair, pushing it back, before falling onto his bed. It still smelled faintly of Damien. He couldn't believe how much Damien had gone through in the past day, with the drinking and the panic attack and everything. Though some might not like someone else after something like that, Spencer just wanted to take care of him. "Hey Spence, guess what? I love you." He smiled, remembering the first time Damien told him that. He slowly sat up, stretching out his body, before getting to work on getting himself ready for the day.

He brushed his teeth and took a quick shower, then went back into the room to pick out something to wear. It was his usual simple attire - a pair of jeans and a random t-shirt. This time the t-shirt was a simple dark blue polo shirt, one of the three buttons done up. He kept his wings inside his shirt, not having ruined this one yet. With that he sat down on the end of his bed, tapping his fingers on the sheets. 'What now?'

Almost as soon as the door closed, Damien was down the hall, his own deviously surprising plan in mind as the door to his own room slammed behind him. The noise didn’t phase him, however, and he pulled out the first outfit he could find in his bag, leaving a bit of a mess in the main room, before he threw his current clothing off and tuck-and-rolled into the bathroom, ungracefully hitting the side of the tub. He blinked from his position, glad to have avoided the mirror, but feeling rather ridiculous for his landing, considering he should be good at doing stuff like that, dance teacher he was. Shrugging off the awkward landing, he pushed his upper body off the floor to follow his legs, which were already half in the tub from his tangled landing.

Drenched in cold water was how the teen exited the shower, feeling far too anxious to bother with turning both knobs, or waiting for the water to heat up, and it left him rather… Freezing. He dried quickly, hanging the towel up only for it to fall in a crumpled heap. Yes, he was in a hurry, and, yes, he would finish cleaning up when he came back, but right now, he wasn’t going to bother with that. The rest of his morning went as fast as he could make it go, lasting less time than Spencer had so far taken, and the dark-green blur was soon stumbling out of his own dorm, trying to fall as lightly as possible when he accidentally hit the wall next to Spencer’s dorm. He thanked whatever lord there was that he made almost no sound.

Damien pressed an ear to the door, probably looking ridiculous to the students who passed down the hall, whispering to each other as they stared. Damien pinched his tongue between his teeth, listening for a hint as so where Spencer was. When the hall quieted down for even a moment, he recognized the sound of water being shut off, and he slipped into the room, quiet as ever, to settle himself between the bed and the wall, unseen by anyone who didn’t know where he was.

For a moment-or-so, he waited, until he heard the subtle squeak of a weighted body on the mattress, and he slowly lifted himself, trying his best to make no sign of being there. Once he was behind Spencer however, that mischievous grin on his face, he slipped his arms around the boy’s neck, raking his teeth over the sensitive skin. He couldn’t hold in the soft laughter that had slowly worked it’s way up his throat, and kissed Spencer’s cheek, instead, no longer smelling of alcohol and no longer crying, the smile on his face as genuine as could be. “Miss me?”

{OoC::; Hah! xD Damien’s gon’na be a little out-of-character until I get back in the hang of him. I’ll get that fixed, don’t worry. ;P

Honestly, Spencer had no clue that there was anyone in the room with him. It felt so quiet in there, and the silence was really starting to bother him. He was getting a bit used to having Damien n there with him, and that probably wasn't a good thing. Surely, his roomate would mind him having his boyfriend around all the time. It still felt a bit strange.. Thinking about having a boyfriend instead of a girlfriend. Hopefully his roomate wasn't a homophobe, huh? Speaking of which, where was he? He hadn't been in there during the night, which was a bit strange. Where would he sleep? Spence liked to think about pointless things to pass the time. However, not all that much time really had passed, and all of a sudden -

A startled yell escaped his lips as he felt arms around his neck and, teeth?! His hands instinctively reached up to grab hold of the hands around his neck, trying to pry them off, but then he felt the soft touch of lips to his cheek. What kind of an attacker was this?! Hearing the sweet Damien made him let his breath out slowly, only having realized then that he had been holding it in. His eyes closed and he relaxed his body against the other boy's, trying to even out his breath.

"You scared me." He informed the other boy, his fingers now gently intertwining with Dai's. He smiled, opening his eyes and turning his face to look at the others. "And yeah, I did." He murmured, meaning that he really had missed him. He could feel the colour gently crawl up into his cheeks. It was amazing - just a few minutes apart and Damien managed to totally change. He was happy again, no longer stunk of alcohol... It was a miracle! He smiled, nuzzling the other boy's face affectionately. "I don't know what you did in your room, but it's amazing." His lips shyly found the other boy's, but it felt a bit uncomfortable to be sitting with his back to him.

Spencer slowly leaned out of the kiss and began to push himself back gently, careful not to sit on any part of Damien. He stopped once they were sitting beside each other and smiled, looking into the eyes of the other. It felt a bit tight to have his wings hidden inside his shirt, but he was used to it by now. Hopefully Dai wouldn't mind; he seemed to really like feeling the feathers. "Any plans for the day?" He asked, scooting a bit closer and taking one of Damien's hands in his own. His eyes were big and innocent, much like his smile. He really hoped that whatever his plans were, they could somehow involve him.
