I wasn't here for the Event Rules.
So, I assume you post in the Mansion and zap alien NPCs?
What is the Cow Tipping?
How do you participate in the event?

Yeah. But it doesn't need to be NPCs. It is anyone. And don't forget to try to tip cows. There is a button under the alien or cow and it either says "zap," or "tip." You just press it.
