"Don't worry about it, Pwincess! It's my job!" He took her hand once more, leading her off of the stage in the direction of the 'castle'.
He stopped in the middle of the stage, however, leaning over and ever so gently kissed Raven on the cheek. "You really did do it!! I'm so happy for you!! You went fwoosh and fwew!!" He looked down at the ground, his cheeks tinted a heavy shade of rose.

Raven looked incredibly surprised. She reached up and gently proded her cheek where Alex had briefly kissed it.
Her cheeks suddenly became very rosy, and she shyly averted her eyes with a grin. "Well... thank yoo, Awwex." Raven couldn't stop the laughter that bubbled up. She threw her arms around Alexander and hugged him as tightly as she could.

A few days have gone by as Alex and Raven finally meet again. Their mommies are heavily involved with a conversation about the play, whereas Raven and Alex decided to play on the ground.
But out of sudden something feels different for both of them.
Raven may find herself occupied with a feeling like thousands butterflies are swirling around in her stomach. She will try to hide herself somewhere to make this strange emotion go away.
Alex instead notices that his wings hurt strongly. He will stay and not follow Raven, but seems deeply concerned with his poor wings.
[ Please roleplay this prompt out and Raven and Alex will be able to grow ]

"Owww..." Alex groaned after the strange pain hit, sinking to the ground and sitting on his knees. He reached back, struggling to stroke and by some means comfort his aching wings. Could...this have been something from the play? Maybe the whole flying thing...
Yes, that HAD to be it. A loud whine escaped his throat, and he looked desperately around, seeing both Raven and the two mothers were nowhere in sight. He held still, and bit his tongue, figuring the only way he'd be able to get over this pain was to simply ride it out. He would have to fnd Raven later once the sensation subsided a bit.

Raven grinned at one of Alex's previous antics, until a sudden rush of a thousand wingbeats soared into her stomach, sending a chill through her.
Her smile faltered, and she shot out a hand to catch herself as her body queasily tipped over. Raven put a hand on her stomach, wondering what in goodness's name was going on. And her stomach was protesting violently against whatever it was that invaded, threatening to empty itself of her breakfast of fruits.
Muttering an apology to Alexander, not noticing anything but the strange feeling, Raven inched away from him. She wanted to get out of sight from the others, didn't want them to see... whatever was happening to her before she, herself, could.
The large, green chair looked comforting, and she crawled towards it. The sickly, somewhat tickling feeling rendered her legs useless, and her arms were following suit. Raven collapsed next to the chair, breathing shallowly.
"... Feather?" Bird queried, rising slowly from her chair in alarm. "There's something wrong with the kids."

The emotions grow stronger and stronger and both children fear to explode.
Alex feals a shiver down his spine out of sudden and for just a few seconds feathers start to sprout out of his skin and cover him completely. He's scared to death, but actually all of the little feathers slowly start to drop themselves and fly to the ground before vanishing. And they release a grown Alexander....
Raven instead starts to tremble heavily. Her body just doesn't seem to be controled by herself anymore and out of nowhere tons of butterflies start to occupy her whole body until she's not visible anymore. A tickling feeling inhabits her body for a few seconds, all the creatures but one vanish just like Alex's feathers did. And Raven has grown as well...
