Jini knew it had to be hard, if facing her past scared her so. And yet he felt like he was missing a piece of the puzzle. But when it all came down to it, as much as he hated to admit it, this was her fight. He blinked in surprise at her last question. His eyes softened and he smiled warmly, "Of course I will! Why would I ever not? You're my friend, miss Ryu...that won't ever change." He didn't care what she did or what she was going to do. They had a friendship and he would treasure it.

Rage had a faint smile upon her more, more so then she ever had before, her eyes grew softer, she felt a warming in her body, he would still be her friend, he sadi that wouldn't ever change. She knew she had to face things on her own, but it was times like these when she got a little boost by those who meant something to her, that gave her the small push she needed.
"Thank you Jini..." she stood up and stretched, taking the scarf off her eyes and wrapping it around her leg again, her eyes were calmer now then usual, a hint of brightness in their depths. She stretched her wings and took a step closer to him and nuzzled under his chin, "Thank you, for everything..." she had a slight purr to her voice, that she didn't notice.
Stepping back she smiled at him, noticing he still ahd the feather she had given him before, he was truthful, he would treasure their friendship, and she would too. "I suppose I should try to face it now, the sooner the better, but I'll be back again, I promise..." she padded a few steps away, and waved with her paw and wing at the same time to Jini before taking off into the sky.
Now it was time to face the past, only thing was, she didn't know how she would take it.
But she knew, Jini, he'd still be her friend.
That was enough for her.
