so this is the first yr im a line leader. i did really well all yr. but at the one festival we go too i messed up sweatdrop instead of a regular looking sideline, there's a box, and i, idk, my brain shut down. i went forward instead of right. i was supposed to be one person back on the 30, but i was on ther 25 off the field whee ,not so good. my bd laughed at me for wrying, even she's a psycho when it comes to mb perfection
has anyone else ever made a bad mistake like this one?

yeh, i'm a line leader before the football show, but luckily in comp i'm at the very back. its not hard, it's just hard to see the yardline number on the field.
oh, but i remember in a football once i went way too far. i was on the 20 instead of the 30 so i missed like some really important sets that were just lines and i almost made it too stressed . but no one was really doing that great anyways, we berly learned the drill that week.

Don't feel bad, there's a guy who always stands next to me in show and every year he ends up being out line leader. While we're working on some passes behind our low brass (yes, we march contras), He decides to march close behind them in attempts to take out the whole like by running into the backs of the tubas...or he just tries to get us beat down by our trombones....

I'm a line leader in one form where our band makes a giant H on the field, and I always go too far forward because the other kid opposite me is supposed to set it, but I have glasses so my peripherals are s**t. I've been yelled at many a time

well it isn't really me but the guy in front of me in one set just always takes super small steps, and then huge steps at the end. the problem is, the sizes of the small and huge steps vary everytime we do the set, so our whole line has so much trouble staying behind him x_x... plus we're on the 50
