heh i thought that the money tree triples the money u planted before and gives percentage for i put 99,000 bell and gave me 90 bells
god i got so pissed ...

I use 50000 and so far every tree I've planted has produced bells. I only make a 40000 profit each tree, but that's better than nothing. And I'd rather not risk using only 30000.

I heard that if you cut down a tree that grows fruit and dig up the stump but dont fill up the whole and bury the money in there with the golden shovel it should possibly grow money!
but i dont know i have tryed it but i should.

I tried 50k but it didn't work! I'll try with more.

Sorry did I just hear someone say the tree gives you triple your money back when I had already posted that 90k is all you will ever get from the tree if any gold at all? Oh and it only fruits once then it behaves like a cedar tree (as in you only get 100 bell sacks or an item).
Well 300 bells will grow a tree but wont give fruit sweatdrop (I'm trying 10k since I want to see how little you can plant but still get a fruiting tree).
P.S. Has anyone already said what the smallest amount that garentees a fruiting tree is? Maybe it is 30k actually...
