Liiandra Byrd While interviews for applicants to the guild is a good idea, that's a lot of people to talk to for only a very few Agents. if the need arises, I'd be more than happy to help with screening and interviewing potential agents. Otherwise (as harsh as it sounds, I know) thinning out our ranks may be a good idea... It's my impression than many joined for the novelty of having the name of our organization to hide their intents behind. Though as to how to filter out the unwanteds efficiently, I'm regretfully unsure :/ One of my agents, King Hyrule does a background check on each potential agent. Does that work? I have enough members as it is right now, and I can 'control' them, so unless potential agents can be of real use, I will probably not accept new slackers. I have enough already.

Agent Chibi here~! As I said on the other thread like this.
I think all the violent groups and others whom have insulted the G.I.B. Have shown everyone how low they really are to insult us. So when you see them, just shake their hand to show the other gaians who the real bad ones are. ^^

Ignorant or not, people are people. If they want to be jerks, let them be jerks, but don't let them effect you (or your anger). I honestly didn't expect so many people to act this way, but I also didn't expect to join when there were so many Agents that were treating the Aliens, or their followers/believers, harshly. But when looking at those numbers (estimates), you can see that it's no surprize that a number (rising) of people are against Gaians in Black, and its Agents, including the ones of us who joined Gaians in Black to help keep the peace, not start an war!
Like Agent Chibi said, let us shake the hands of those who insult us, and tell them to have a nice day.

I like aliens. I don't want a war to start out. I don't like people who say that GIB is out to destroy aliens. crying We're not trying to destroy them.

May I state that I am also a Believer and a GIB agent? Not all of the Believers are nuts and anti-GIB, so I have seen, but some of them are just plain mean.
You see, I really want to work with the aliens, but they aren't exactly being kind to us. We need to make kind contact with them.

I personally want to stay an undercover GIB agent and try to point out that we are here to keep the peace and work with the aliens if they are friendly.
But if they are not we have the right to defend ourselves. 3nodding
Maybe sending out some neutral members to win over the public may help.
