Reapus Dang, them are some tought requirements Damn shout border isn't working stressed . Like I said earlier in this topic: they are not hard at all if you think about it. If they seem hard then it's a good way to test you to see if you are worthy of being a mod. My posts look so plain without it gonk .

I think that when looking for new modirators maybe you should decide who becomes one not by asking if they want to be one but by looking at who is active who is helpful and then PM them personally and ask them if they would like to be a moderator. Otherwise you will get every tom d**k and harry that wants to become one just for the power. I'm sure you don't want to give it away to just anyone seeing as how you have so many qualifications they have to go through to become one right? Just a suggestion. After reading some of the posts I just got to thinking.

I was not speaking of people with questions, I learned very early in life that there is never a stupid question, it is only stupid if you do not ask. I was speaking more of the people that like to be jerks and PM people saying only "make me a moderator" "I wanna be one, pick me!" I would find that to be annoying. Not meant to be rude to people asking questions. I do find there is a GIANT difference (felt the need to make GIANT big seeig as how it means something large.. and I think it looks funny. anywho )

Yes there is a difference. You should have made it clear in your first post, so I wouldn't be rambling on like an idiot here lol .
