Kay's version is basically her thoughts put into a novel about Erik's early life with his mother, his travels, his rocky friendship with the Persian (Nadir), and other instances.

It is a VERY good book, but the last few chapters where Kay does go into Erik's state of mind during the Christine/De Chagny phase are very dark. She seems to not go into quite as much detail as I would have liked about his passageways and hauntings of the Opera House, but that's what other amature fanfictions are for, isn't it? *Chuckles*

Sincerely,
O.G.

Hm, I don't know if I was happy about Erik's blood living on in Charles or not but there was some sort of satisfaction knowing it wasn't Raoul's kid.

I just get ticked off when ANYONE (it's nothing against you personally) spells Erik's name "Eric". Even if it is a careless typo.

Oh!
You are god! <3!
My my surprised .Lots of people don't/cant seem to read the books? surprised
Look at them squirm like worms in mud,
Blaming a ghost who's flesh and blood.
Crossing the line, tossing the dice,
Making decisions and paying the price.

*bows with a swish of the cape* Merci.

Susan Kay...
"That first moment when I heard him speak I wondered whether I beheld and angel or a devil; and even now, after all these years, it is a question I still ask myself. For each time I thought I finally knew the answer, he would only confound me once again."

If I were really a ghost, my dear,
I'd find a better Hell than here!
