The loner in our band is the first french horn player. Only because she has major issues with her anger. She might be sweet and kind one moment the punching the cement wall next. But some of my friends and I treat her as one of our friends when she's willing to be around people again.
She's really nice once you get to know her...it's just the getting to know her part that scares everyone

i make friends with the loners, so does that make them loners?
............
funny how people think the small sections are the loners.
quite the OPPOSITE.
like our tubas and oboes and french horn are well connected.
everyone likes them.
