Maybe its just me, but I think the Japanese national anthum is pretty uninsteresting. Then again, the only reason I like the US anthum is because it used to be an old English drinking song. hehe Its very sad how many young Japanese people don't even know their own anthum.

Actually what on earth are you tALKING of? if you dont sing the anthem at school gatherings are teachers could get fired rolleyes

It's rather soft-ish to me. My country's national anthem sounds like a march compared to this. (Actually, it IS a march, so...)

I like the Japanese anthem. In the first vid, I got chills. sweatdrop I also like the French anthem too.

I'm not too big on the American anthem. I think maybe it's because I hear it so much. sweatdrop Sad. The anthem gets shoved down my throat all my life and I can't remember the words.

I live in Canada, and the Canidian anthem
is pretty short too. At school, they randomly play/sing the
French or English version. But I don't really like it, because
it doesn't have alot of meaning. (-_-" ) D U L L ~

My favourite is my homeland Philippines~!
I mean like our national anthem was originally Spanish, then
Tagalog and then they made an English version of it. I can sing the anthem
in all three languages and I am proud of it (^w^)V.
Our anthem is very song, but at the same time meaningful.

The Japanese anthem was a LITTLE too simple (-.-") no offence.
