Psh!
I know a 29 year old woman that has a 5 year-old, and still is a major Avatar fan.
I don't see why anyone would be embaressed to like Avatar. I mean, the people who tease Avatar fans, are usually the kind of people who watch shows with no plot, or background, and shows that are completely useless and waste valuable time...

My brother and sister (and I) are in college, and we all watch it. It's not immature to like cartoons and anime.

Purple dragon lady ... two college students (me and a friend) like Avatar? Cause it's basically a kid's show... Not that I'm embarassed! I was just wondering if people though it was weird. dont think bad of yourself, im almost 20 and i still watch avatar and other kids shows, just because you prefere something that should please kids doesnt make it bad

I was just wondering if people though it was weird. no, i'm 19 in college too and i own all the dvds and the card game. ^_^ me and my friends watched when it came out in High school and still watch it. So don't feel bad. lol

Nope. Im 16 and I watch it with my lil bros and sis (Ages: 10,8,8,6,4, 2 1/2)
We all watch it together my nineteen year old sis watches it sometimes. My brother (20) thinks it's "Gay" or so he said. Then he sat down and watched it with me, grumbling about it being kiddie the whole time. As it went off he asked what time the show comes on and when the next epi would be on!!!!
