Janja didn't comment any further on the topic of Nac's father, instead paid attention to his description of Uncle Tego. The description got a strange look out of the cub, and a glance at her own side. This Uncle Tego looked similar to her, or her to him, then. Black, white and gold. She made a face at Nac, recalling how he said ugly.
"Sounds kind of like my fur," she commented, "Does that mean I'm ugly as well?" When Nac when on to explain Tego's temper and will to eat someone their size, however, she decided that perhaps he meant his personality was ugly. It was possible to have an ugly personality.
"I'll keep that in mind," Janja nodded.

Nac looked back at her pausing with a brow lofted, "No you're alot better looking than him... He's just ugly, attitude and all." Nac stated bluntly as he moved looking in the bushes here and there trying to find some flowers along the way to make things out of.
"'sides I can't call girls ugly save for my sister Ku." He grinned, no matter how vain he was he wouldn't put down another female. He walked under a low hanging brance which caused his hair to ruffle up and made him stop muttering something about how they were always out to get him while he smoothed it up.

So it was partially Tego's personality that made him so ugly. She took the bluntness in his voice to be a compliment, much opposite to how some others might take it. He didn't need to think or prepare a positive response, that was good.
"So you're not always honest?" she asked, "Or do you see only ugly in girls you're related to?" Janja followed after him as he started to search for flowers, and she kept her eyes out for both flowers and another leopard. Her gaze was stopped on a strange plant when she heard Nac start to grumble to himself about the branches, and she glanced over at him and shook her head.
"You should be more careful if you don't like trees," she smiled.

He stopped to think about the question for a second before replying, "I just respect the ones not in my family more." He shurged softly, tail flickering as he looked at her, "Is it a crime to respect them enough not to call them ugly?"
He finally got his fur strightened out looking at her, "Oh I don't have that much of a problem with them... they don't like me." He nodded, "We get along together about as good as me and water."

"Respect is not a crime, no," she agreed, "But you're stuck with your family for longer periods of time, wouldn't it be better to stay on their good sides? You can be on a strangers badside and never see them again, but not so with family.."
It made sense to Janja.
"I like water," Janja commented suddenly, smiling, "We live beside a big waterfall, it's really pretty. And a lot louder than trees, but that's understandable.."

Nac blinked and shurged, "Ahh they're just a bother sometimes. That's all." He looked around, "I'd rather not be on anyone's bad side... I'm too cute for that." He said with a grin, "Plus I'd rather not get eatten...."
He paused for a second hearing waterfall. "Ohh I'd love to see it." He said with a nod wondering what it was like living near such a thing. It would have to be somewhat better than living beside the river....

"If you say so," she giggled at his comment. Too cute to be on anyone's badside, eh? It was an arrogant thing to say, but in itself it was somewhat cute- being as he was only a cub. But one really had to be bigger than a cub to see it as a cute remark, Janja merely found it funny.
"I can show you the waterfall, if you want," the lioness offered, "But we'd have to be quiet, unless you want to meet my whole family. And there are a lot of girls in my family."

Nac grinned, "I'd love to go, I can be quite!" he said nodding his head as fast as he could. He paused and looked around, "Ohhh look is that a big patch of flowers or am I seeing things?" He squeed pointing off a little to thier right. "We could hide ourselfs in that!" He siad nodding.

"Ok," Janja nodded, and looked to the patch of flowers he pointed out, "I don't know, we can start there, we'll see how far we can get in them." With that, she jogged over to the flowers, eager to show him if he was eager to see.

Nac nodded as he followed behind her stopped to making things out of the flowers to wear. He could do this and keep up which was a bit diffucult but soon he had all kinds of flowers decorating him and he was working on one more.
"Good thing there are alot of pretty flowers here." He grinned and giggled softly as he picked another one weaving it into the necklace.

After jogging through the flowers so far, Janja finally realized she was getting a bit ahead of Nac. When she turned around, she saw him covered in flowers and giggled. Having not been around boys before, Janja had no real opinion on the matter in relation to his gender, but rather the fact he was slowing to do this.
"How do you do that?" she asked curiously, walking back to him to watch him weave the necklace.

He looked at her tilting his head. "Well it's rather hard.... but" He showed her how he pulled the flower through the almost completed necklace, using his paw to push it through one end and his teeth to pull it out the other and weave it. "If I had another digit on my paw I think I'd be better off." He grined and once it was finished he tossed it over her head.
"It's harder to get them started than it is to finish them." He nodded taking another two and tying them together with some work of using both paws and his mouth/tounge. "I find it oddly easier to tie them together with my tounge...." His tail flickered softly picking serval more and tieing them placeing it on his tail. "I really just sort of learned to do it." He chuckled.

Janja watched him attentively as he continued with his necklace, and listened just as attentively to what he said. It might not seem a useful skill to have, but one could never be sure- besides, it was interesting (not to mention, pretty.) "You're very good at it," she complimented him, watching his paws and trying to figure out just how his paws could possibly work like that. It surprised her when the flowers came flying over her head, but the surprise was quickly covered with an appreciative smile.
"Where did you get the idea to put flowers together, or to use your tongue?" she asked, it didn't seem to her like something she might just do one day- though perhaps given time, she might come up with some strange things.

Nac smiled softly as he was ready to move again tail flickering now having pretty flowers on it as well. "Well truefully it was more of an accident than anything. I was bored and had picked serval and just wanted to see what I could do with them. It's rather hard to keep one behind you're ear so because they were so pretty I wanted to wear them and I struggled to figure out how to make them into things. It took a while truefully. I messed up alot of pretty flowers too."

Janja noticed the hint at wanting to move on again and turned to head through the flowers again. She listened to him explain how he discovered woven flowers.
"Well, it was a good accident, I think," she commented, "It's an interesting hobby, I'm sure you'll be able to impress a lot of creatures with it. I know I'd need to practice a lot before I could do it.."
When the sound of a waterfall reached her ears, Janja grinned and crouched lower into the flowers. She was surprised they lasted this long, but unfortunately they only went a couple more feet before they found the jungle floor again.
"We're almost there," she informed him. (( edit: Lookie! Inspired by this RP xd ))
