Five years ago, man it really doesn't seem that long.
I went to go with my potentially new girlfriend yesterday to go pick up her kid from school, her kids are awesome. The eldest one came out of school slowly, and didn't say anything for a while.
I later find out that she (at 10 years old) had just been forced to watched the actual attack on the towers on a video, by her teacher, who I'm guessing was told by the school to do so.
Now I can see some of the education value, but ******** hell, they're 10 years old for ******** sake. I mean seeing the attacks myself, at twice that age makes me really upset. And I bet they didn't even explain the terrorists logic behind the attacks. Just that they're evil and like terror.
so discuss:

I remember, I remember being in san Jose when that "flight 93" was rerouted and was planned on attacking either SF or San Jose. Scary s**t. I cannot believe it was only 5 years ago.

People had to watch footage of people jumping out of the body and hitting the ground in this one class, and they were shown pictures of the bodies.
Several people told me they had cried or were close to being sick

my cousin was killed that day
he worked in the pentagon
i cried for like 2 weeks
and then today we had to ******** watch it get hit OVER AND OVER AND ******** OVER AGAIN
by the end of it i was crying my eyes out and wanting to kill my teacher

I'm really not looking forward to the movie thats coming out. It's gonna be filled with islamic hate messages, which is all bollocks anyway. All religions in essence are based around the same messages. Loving everyone and not killing.
So really, the arguement from both sides is kinda a cocksuck.

People are so insensitive. Kids cried at my school too cos they showed them pictures of the bodies that had splattered.

All signs probably point to yes. That way they can put them on meds and then the pill industry can make more money.
