This isn't a person, but I noticed this while acting Emo today at school. (Don't ask....had my hair different..down for the first time in the whole school year & in my face, plus I was sick and had a sort of glaring face...so they called me Emo...Doesn't help that black is one of my favorite colors...along with blue... sweatdrop )

Anyways..
Edward is like a knife.
They both glitter in the sun...and can cut your skin like it is 'butter;' as Edward states at one point.
They are both really hard/smooth...and capture your eye. I'm sure if you saw a knife in the middle of a crowd you'd stare. Same with Edward.
ninja

wow....
it took me a minute to mentally recover after i read that...

Phantomette
Okay...Edward = Erik.
You know, the Phantom of the Opera.

-In love with someone he can't truly have
-Insanely amazing musical genious
-Not human (Well, Erik kinda is...in a totally twisted way)
-They're both also ridiculously smart
-Vanish instantly; gift for stealth
-Would do anything for the woman they love

END. =D

Ack! Dang you, Phantomette! xD
You got my only idea gonk

he slghtly reminds me of jesse from the mediater series(on my 2nd one of those) but thats mainly because he's not human, the narrator likes him and he wants the best for suze(mediator's narrator)...

I agree my second favorite series to the Twilight series is the Mediator series.

Edward is a little like Jesse de Silva from the Mediator series by Meg Cabot.
They are both supernatural being and “dead”
They are both in love with a person with whom it could never work, but eventually will.
They are both described as HOT.
They both are VERY old in the hundreds.
They both have a manner of speaking that is formal, for lack of a better word.
They both go away for a while and the girl saves them.
They both want what’s best for the one they love.
They are both very smart.
They both get angry easily because of themselves or something that happens to the girl they love.
They have a pretty big effect on the girls.
They both have "superpowers"

... and there are more things to compare but I can’t remember the rest… oh well! ^_^

He's Lestat from Queen of the Damned.

They're already both vampires.
They're both cold-hearted (No pun intended) before they meet their human loves.
They can't seem to stop their paths with the humans from crossing.
Unfair Smoldering/Intimidation ('Nuff Said)
Very close friends (Carlisle and Marius)
*SPOILER*
Forced to change their human loves eventually,

We're like twins from different parents. xD

Or we're on the same brainwave, at least.

Edward reminds me of my boyfriend so much- from the way he talks, acts, and even the way he looks. It's wonderful biggrin

Sorry that it's not a comparison from a book or anything...but it is a comparison.
