After three or more minutes of listening to this, she changed her tune. This show was that stupid, and put shame to cool bunnies like Ciaran. She guessed it looked as stupid as it sounded, not that she had anything to compare it to.
When Junketsu handed her the cow, she looked curious as to what she was suppose to do with it. A memory flickered in her mind. Mostly to Junketsu, somewhat to herself, she recalled,"Lyrus ripped up one of my toys once when I first met him."

Junketsu turned to Akilah when she began talking, she had no clue what she was telling her. But Akilah seemed a little sad. "ipped?" Junketsu tried repeating what Akilah had saig about her ripped toy, what does ripped mean?
"Oh someone broke your toys? Thats not to nice, what was it?"

Akilah was far from sad, though. She'd hated that stupid thing, and it's destruction had formed one of only two strong friendships she had. The other being Mignon, of course. "Ripped is when something that's suppose to be one piece gets torn. Sometimes it becomes more pieces." The bear mentioned had become quite a few pieces.
To PJ she answered,"Some stupid bear. Of course it wasn't nice. He's not nice. That's why I like him. Not like your little 'sunshine and kittens' Sin'aeis as Lucky calls 'em."

Junketsu stared at Akilah, she still was unable to grasp the meaning of ripped, however that was to be expected, she was still young.
"Oh, I see. Sunshine and Kittens eh? Thats is funny, whos Lucky?" By now PJ already had put his book down, he lost interest in it quit a while ago.

This was getting old fast. Old people never knew when to just shut the hell up. She was tempted to tell him to do so yet again, but remembered the punishment she'd be force to suffer through if she did such.
You might as well have killed her as opposed to keeping her in that horrible, boring room for two days. 'Grounded' must've been another name for the devil himself.
"Lucky lives with us, I guess she's my sister or something. She taught me to read."

"Oh, well that was nice of her, I learned how to read from my mother. Right now I'm reading The Catcher In The Rye Have you ever heard of it before? You may like it, but it may be a bit inapropriate for you."

"No, but not many books come so I can read them, Lucky says. She says people have their heads so far up their a** they don't give a damn if they have the chance to make life easier for someone else or not." For once, Kilah wasn't bad-mouthing just for the heck of doing so, she was actually repeating it word-from-word. Lucky might've been where she learned all those words. "Anyway, Mr..uh..guy, I better get going. Noyama'll be here soon."
"Bye, June. June was just easier than Junketsu. After her goodbyes, she fumbled her way to the door and out she went.
