Legendaries- New Riddle Up! {{Solved}}

What truly makes a legend is not always it's value, not always it's location, nor the deeds of it's protagonist or antagonist. Legends are oft created by their rarity and the difficulty of their discovery, or non-discovery in some cases. Here in Hidden Legends, what makes our Legends what they are is the clues that lead the way to them. These clues range from hard to simple, to insanely difficult, though they yield immense rewards.

These clues can be found here, in the forms of riddles. Members may only be able to find one of these rarities by solving the riddle that causes it to appear and must wait a while before they are able to attempt again. Three Legendaries must appear between each successful attempt. Without Further Adieu, the Clue:

This time, the winner shall receive the ever coveted Time Master, Dialga. This one is of the shiny variant.

What force and strength cannot get through, I with a gentle touch can do. And many in the street would stand, were I not a friend at hand.

The Legendary Pokemon are the most sought after. They are one-of-a-kind and extremly difficult to find. A true master would have them all, but a skilled trainer should have at least 1. Can you add these mythical beasts to your collection?
Note: Legendaries may appear at low levels. This is becuase I want trainers to have a chance to catch them. So if you run into a level 10 Raikou, don't think it's fake. At the same time they may be higher levels. Please keep this in mind. Also, I want the legendaries to be rare. So if one doesn't appear for a long time, don't worry. These are the only ones we have. It wouldn't be fair if all the old members get them and the new members don't. Good luck and happy hunting!
