I only played the blue and red versions of Pokemon.. and that was like 7-8 years ago. XD; I have no idea what's going on now.
I have the CD though O: "2 B a Master" from 1998. XD

Xeroxer Kimiko-ue You have to mix pokeblocks.
Assuming that you've taught your magicarp "beauty" moves.
it's the same idea with a feebus.
A feebus can't evolve without winning a beauty contest first, which sucks because feebuses are useless until they turn into the next stage.
Mix a bunch of blue pokeblocks for beauty, feed them to the magikarp. then enter the contest.
Be careful though, you can only feed pokemon a certain amount of pokeblocks before they stop accepting them.
It's a gyrados now sweatdrop
What do you mean mix pokeblocks?
Feebus?
 You can mix pokeblocks using this machine in the lobby the contest...place. xD Feebus is a fish pokemon. oO
