College doth indeed suckth much arse.
All I can tell you is not to sweat the small stuff, make sure you take a break from heavy studying to live your own life, and don't mind those immature little beanheads. You're so much better then them.

AH... sorry to hear that you had such a crappy time. I had a crappy time at college myself. >.> Ended up getting kicked out. My own fault for doing some REALLY really stupid things in some public places. >.< But yeah. I do have a few suggestions for making friends.
Find a sort of out of the way group/activity. I did this my SECOND year at SIUE with a foam fighting club and I am STILL friends with the people who I fought with. (we made a DnD group so that helped) but yeah, it was fun and stuff.

Ouch! As for the graffitti on your door, and your roomate's noisy (and RUDE) sex, I think the best thing to do would be to tell someone like your resident director (dunno if that's what they call them at your college, I mean the person in charge of your entire dorm). I know its embarrassing, but I promise it will take care of the problem. I suppose it might be a good idea too to talk to your roomate about the sex thing first, but definitely go straight to the RD about the graffitti. Both my girlfriend and I, when we still lived in the dorms, had similar situations with the white boards on our doors. I don't think they ever caught who graffitt'd them, but it is still worth it to report it.
That aside, I sympathize. I've been in school for almost 4 years now, and lived on-campus for 2, and I will NEVER go back. Dorms aren't too bad in the long run, but it is awkward living with so many strangers and often sharing a room with a complete stranger. I also found that if my friends lived in the same hall that i did, they'd be over all the time, so personal time kinda went out the window (as much as I love my friends, I also love my privacy). So yeah, i feel for you *comforts*

I'm really sorry to hear about all this and I totally sympathies with you. I won’t go into details here because I have a problem with telling my past to people I don't know.. In a way, I admire you for sharing on here and I hope it has made you feel better, even if it’s just a little.
I left college because of the kind of stuff you are having, I was badly bullied at school and because of this, and I made stupid moves. I was sent to the shrink at school and after speaking to no less than 3 of them, they couldn't tell me what was wrong. It’s not just you and I know that it feels like it, there are others that are going through the same.
If you ever need to talk, send me a PM or get me on YIM or MSN. Take care.

♠Write "Just because I suck d**k doesn't mean I'm gay" on the white board. No insults towards you, I'm dead serious.♠
