Can you remember a time, when you found something totally revolting in your food while you were eating it/preparing it?
When I was making some batter for my fried chicken, I was sifting through the buttermilk mix powder, and what should be in there, but a dead cockroach. Goodness, I was glad I found it, before I put it in the fryer.

My mother-in-law found a grasshopper head in a can of green beans once. Fortunately, I have never had that kind of experience.

When I was a little kid, my sister was making me a bowl of cereal, and there was a big green catepillar in my Cheerios. Thankfully, she didn't make me eat it that time.
She did however make me eat rice crispies that she'd accidently poured orange juice into instead of milk. She drained the RC's and then poured milk in!
