i have sonic advance the program for the computer with the emulator or the gameboy for the computer its called VBa or visual boy advance with that u could play and gameboy advance game as long as u have the file
and if u wanna show off your choa through out the game press f12 while playin the u screen shot your tiny garde n inside the game and host it in image shack
to get the VBa and the sonic advance game file place your em-ail adress below this post and i'll send it 2 u and we could compare choa's

Not in Australia it isn't, at least, not if you own the original cartridge. Of course, you're still only licensed to use one copy of the game at a time.

American copyright laws, like most American laws, are just messed up.

You are aloud to have the ROM if you legally own a copy of the game, and emulators are free. If you do not own a copy of the game, you have to delete it from your computer within 24 hours. That is in the agreement that you have to agree to to use most of the ROM sites. This is because you are allowed to have a backup of your games. If you wish to have the Tiny Chao Garden for GameBoy Advance you can buy:
Sonic Advance 1
Sonic Pinball
Sonic Advance 1 + Sonic Pinball
Sonic Advance 1 + Sonic Battle
These will let you legally have the ROM unless your country has some rule against it or the books that come with the game say you cannot have a backup or archive file.
