Lyra Elizabeth Does anyone know when the book will be out (not the audiobook)? I believe this fall, but I'm not sure.

I finally got a chance to listen to this book. It was very good. Normally I don't like audio books, but this one was okay that way. Has anyone else read it yet?

Yeppers, the hardback is out now. It's pretty good; I especially like the scenes with Flame and Carnelian. Very original. <-- Spoilers, highlight.

I have read half of it. I was in another city to sort out my passport, and had a bit of time so I went to a library and just by chance saw the book. So I started reading it, and got about halfway through before I had to leave. I really liked what I read, and have only just remembered that I had planned to get it from the local library and finish reading it. sweatdrop Think I'll go put it on hold now, before I forget again...

I saw it a bookstore and flipped through it. Some of the characters' names look funny in print after just having heard them. But maybe I'll actually be able to remember who's who better when I read it then when I just listened to it.
