It'd been a long time. Too long, it seemed. the fields were empty, it seemed. It lacked what Vince had come back for. No, wait... he was wrong. The form picked up the pace, and moved for that house. That house had what he wanted. Without much ceremony, the man stripped off his old jacket, and tossed it aside on the porch, His feet had slowed to a brisk walk. He pushed that door open, and he peeked inside, bobbing his head left to right. It looked like no one was there.
"Hey guys! I'm back!" There was a long pause in his voice, and he frowned a bit. No answer thus far. He took slow steps, towards the kitchen, still calling out "You guys finally go on that vacation?"

A punch was thrown with more grace than the mage's usual ability from memory but more heavy handed than one might expect, colder too. Of course Vince wouldn't notice the colder bit if it didn't connect, but either way Torment would slide back with a laugh, "Gotta be faster than a cripple, I guess." Light glanced off two fingers on his right hand where it shouldn't, the ring and pinky fingers replaced by sleek constructions of mithril. A line of blood was crusted about the point of connection, but Tor didn't seem to notice or care as he was all smiles.

Now of all the odd things. Something had just hit his face! It had felt like a stiff beeze, but how could he be sure? He glanced ove his shoulder, then looked to Tor. What followed was one of those devilish smirks that people got when you just punched them, and it did absolutely nothing. He reached over, and at least tried at some point to put him in a headlock, and drag him along. "Hey! Tor ol' buddy ol' pal."
