Jammer Lea Hehe, Van is one of the few spikey-haired young heroes that I actually like. So I guess he's cute in his own little way, he's just not my type. xd I thought it was funny when Disney's "Treasure Planet" animated film came out, because the main character (was it Jim Hawkins?) looked a lot like Van. whee OMG! How could I miss the similarity?! @_@ Treasure Planet is one of my favourite movies! How on Zi did I miss that similarity?! ... I think it's because of Van's abs. o_O *always stares at them, they just don't look right.* Who was it that called him Cheesegrater Abs? ... *ahem* This said on a Van Fan thread. XD; *slinks away before I get murdered* o_o

Cheesegrater Abs is funny though! XD I don't know who started that name, though it was used often on the Zoids Evolution Forums...
But yeah, I just couldn't get over that connection with Treasure Planet. XD I almost want to see it again now.

I'm older than most Zoids characters unless you count the model universe. Even then, nothing to make you feel old like someone three years younger than you running around in a customized Death Saurer...

Sagorambo Damn those Death Saurers! Ultimate Death Machines should not be given to mere children! Its pilot was anything but a child, seventeen or not, but it still makes it so obvious I'm stuck in a franchise geared at young boys! Oh well. At least there's a Gunbluster fanboy to identify with!

I found some comics with OJR characters but they weren't pervy. Just weird. I couldn't read them properly, and thus the only one I could make any sense of was the one with an Empire guy in a Roadskipper fanboying Rosa (Ultrsaurus pilot/bodyguard who ended up marrying Helic, and one of the only old female Zoids characters who got to do anything cool) but messing up her name :p.
Ruuji looks 10-12ish to me, but I'm not sure if he's got an official age. Allstar seems to be of similar age, but he's a game character and cooler, so I dunno.
