E-mice Rules

Shop Rules

00. Unless Mintaka PMs you from that account, all E-mice related business should go through Moonchilde. Mintaka's PM box gets enough abuse, and we wouldn't want ot lose anything important.
01. Do not steal anything. Art, conept, etc. Nothing. Period. I will not tolerate art/pet theft -- you will pay dearly for that above all other wrongs. Just don't.
02. No Begging. Please, don't whine and beg. It won't get you anything except my irritation and distress.
03. No Trolling/Harassing. This extends both to me and any future staff, and to any visitors to the thread. You have a problem, take it to PM. I will not tolerate harassment of people within my thread - and harassing me is a good way to end up blacklisted.
04. No Altering the cards/art. Do not do any changes on your own. The only people allowed to are me, or Atarashii/Chibizoo. Anyone else is bioled alive if I catch it.
06. No Selling/Giving Away of Pets. Unless I say otherwise, you cannot simply just give away your pets. If you have a really special circumstance, I may allow it, but general selling/trading, no. [[Rule subject to Mintaka's own decisions.]]
07. Mintaka has final say. This means if I need to make a rule on the spot, I will. I don't think I will need to, however, I want this clause. I don't like being mean. But I want the right to do what I must, when I must, for the betterment of shop and people. If I say you're wrong, you're wrong in the context of this shop. I doubt I will need to excersize #7. I do reserve the right to bend rules for certain people as I am the eprson owning and in charge of this shop. I DO try to be fair however. I also reserve the right to edit/tweak rules as needed.

Roleplay Rules

01. No godmodding. No controlling other people/their pets without permission. This means don't come to me if you see person A controlling person B's thing... if you're neither A nor B. I only want to hear about things from the party actually being used, since some people may want/allow someone certain control of actions, and that's between them. Generally though try to make such matters clear. When in doubt, ask.

02. E-mice are not godly. Though they have quite good recovery, this does not prevent death from absolutely foolish things. Do not abuse their phsyiology; that's just unfair to me especially. Also, they do not cast insane magics; actually, they don't use magic really unless otherwise stated. They're consdered a magical race because they are neither flesh nor machine, but they do not inherently use magic. However, they're rather crafty and smart to learn nromal tricks and such, and gain skills in such things as arts and repair.

03. The IC/OOC Clause. Just because two E-mice don't get along ... doesn't mean that the owner hates you. If one mouse takes it on themselves ot be a bully on yours, that doesn't mean the owner hates you and wants to beat YOU up. Keep IC stuff IC and OOC things OOC. If you don't like someone, that's fine, but keep that out of the thread, and try not to make the same prejudices ICly as you might have OOCly. stare Mostly this clause was to remind people that IC things are NOT OOC reflections of feelings; if I were to RP one fo my characters hating someone, it doesn't mean I personally do. Let's try to remember that... and not let IC stuff become OOC dramatics.

04. Avoid the Drama. If you have rpoblems, take it up to me in Moonchilde's PM box. Don't start a three page long fight in my thread over right and wrong over pets. Or something personal. I don't midn talking about things, but we don't need to make a big dramatic show of emotions. Calm, rational. I hate drama and if people are causing it, you can expect to be on my watched list, excessive rama upsetting lots of people will earn you greylisting [or blacklisting if it gets bad enough]. Please; I get drama enough elsewhere in my life, I don't need it here. IC drama has a time and place, but let's NOT overkill on that.

05. Have Fun. Please... this is about fun. But, if you are causing a lot of not-fun for everyone else... I will have to step in. This slightly goes with the above IC drama comment; if your drama is seriously putting a lot of people off, I may have to step in. I want this fun for everyone. If you have an idea, and one that especially will affect others, please bring it up with me with a PM to Moonchilde; I'll be happy to review something you've come up with. I just want to make sure everyone's able to be happy with things.

06. Keep it Clean. Not that this should be the last thing to say, but perhaps it'll stick best here. Remember this si gaia and we DO have PG-13 rules. I don't want to see any sex at all, in any form. I shouldn't HAVE to say it, but I want to be extra sure we all understand that. Also, I don't want massive gore... not that I see it being possible but... well. As I said; PG-13. I don't mind a little darkness but I don't want people being bothered... and I don't need little kids being tormented for life. I do have friends who are just barely 13 here on Gaia, and I prefer they not get exposed to things they shouldn't be. [I realize some 13 y/o's have a maturity of an 18 y/o and vice versa -- after all, I was apparently so mature in my teens someoen refused to believe I was really a teenager online and had to argue my youthfulness to them. Still, I'd rather not someone get in trouble. Plus, well, sex shouldn't be on Gaia anyway. xp We all know how babies happen, we don't need to show.]

Cerexi Rules

General Rules

00. All shop-related PMs should be sent to Cerexi, not to Mintaka. Unless otherwise asked, please direct all PMs to the mule. Otherwise you will likely be ignored, as Mintaka's PM box is already overflowing with other things.
01. Adults must be hosted by yourself. Much as I'd love to host indefinitely, I don't wish to overtax what is. Unless you'd like to donate towards my hosting bill... ;p But pelase, host your own when they reach adult, please.
02. No stealing anything! Not only is it rude, inconsiderate, and also against most rules and sense... just don't. I've worked hard on the concept, Chibi worked hard on the lines, etc. - just don't do it. You will be caught, you will be reported.
03. No whining, begging, fighting, etc. Whining and begging for one won't endear you to me or anyone else, and won't get you a Cerexi. Fighting because you didn't get one and soemoen else did will get you reported for harassment if it persists, and likely grey or blacklisted.
04. No drama! I don't want other shop drama coming in this thread, personal dramas between people, etc. I really don't want drama about this shop either. Have issue? Take it to PMs. Don't come crying here you got banned elsewhere; I don't want all this being slogged around my thread. It makes people unhappy and uncomfortable. Have a problem with this shop? Cerexi's PM box is always open. Have at. Alternately, don't openly flame other shops/people in my thread.
05. No altering cards/pets. No adding your own items/changing info, etc. That's my job, and any altered cards will not be legal. Those found altering anotehr's card for the purpose fo stealing the pet will be reported and blacklisted.
06. No selling/giving away of your pets! If you won't be on Gaia ever again and wish to give them to someoen, contact me first. If there's a Cerexi baby up for sale, I'll deal with it. I want to know who has what, when - or there will be indications of theft and dealt with as such accordingly. Respect my wishes, please.
07. These rules are subject to change as needed, including removal, additions, and editing of existing rules. I like to call this right of the shopkeep - I own the place, I run the place, I have the right to change things as needed. Any changed will likely be noted somewhere for everyone, and should be respected.
