Soubi continued to scan the bushes and then the trees at her comment. How hard could it possibly be to find a purple plushie in the midst of all this green? Well, okay, so purple wasn't exactly an uncommon color for a flower. But, still. It was just one plushie. Maybe that was the problem. It just one, little plushie.
He heaved a sigh, pausing and standing up on his hind legs to peer around better. "There are a few bushes in that direction with pink flowers." He pointed it out with his front paw before settling back down to all fours. He was already a little larger than she was, there was no need to increase that space between them afterall.

"thats a start" kawa said light-heartily, and jumped into the nearest bush she could find. They weren't just good for provide shade, they were fun to play around in as long as they didn't have sharp spines. She kept an eye on the other as she nosed around for her toy. It couldn't be far from here could it?
looking back at the butterfly kitsu every so often she kept up her search.

Soubi, content that she was the one interested in diving through bushes, settled into a sitting position nearby to watch her. His tails flicked occasionally behind him, and once or twice his wings ruffled as well. The air was still, which meant that flying would be much more difficult today. And, for now, it wasn't too much of an unwelcome distraction to kitus-sit this young one.
He stiffled a yawn with a paw, ears flickering slightly.

well theres was one of them, kawa though as she glanced at a tree near the bushes which held a few tel-tale holes in them, and even below the tree she saw one of the daggers there. she scuttled around to near the tree and there, sitting underneith a bunch of purple flowers, was her kitsu plsuhie!
nodding happily she picked it up with her mouth (she couldn't use her paws since she needed them for walking) and jumped out of the bush. It was also good to note that the plushie was still in mint condition, the rain had not harmed it.
putting it down she was startled to see something else of interest; on another of the bushes was a small cocoon, which appeared very transparent and was starting to open
(yeah...it's a butterfly...l'm trying to make it interesting XP; wink

He was on the verge of complete boredom when the other kitsu finally popped out of the bush with her plushie in tow. It was a good thing for her, too, because it deterred him at least a little bit from walking off without saying farewell. With another sigh, he lays back down in the grass and sparser amount of flowers. It wouldn't hurt to let the air warm a little more before he tried flying anyways. It did, afterall, tend to be colder up there.
Soubi didn't pay much attention to whatever it was that Kawa was doing. It didn't really interest him, afterall.
((yes, he's so lame. xp ))

"hey, check it out soubi this butterfly is about to hatch!" for someone that liked to adventure around the moutains, she found sertains things quite interesting. Kawa watched the cocon begin to open up, and the little creature start to make it's struggle to live. It looked like a common monarch butterfly, and her ears flicked back and forth in fascination.
while watching, a sudden question popped into her head. "did you have to go into a cocoon?" ok so it was a stupid question, she was curious!

Awakened from his day dream, he reluctantly gets to his feet to satisfy the other's own enthusiasm. He wandered over to stand near her, looking over her shoulder a bit to peer at the coccoon and the emerging butterfly. It's wings were an orange and black pattern, unfurling in the sunlight rather beautifully. Soubi scoffed, scrunching his nose a bit.
"Of course not." Something had made him either edgy or just plain disgusted. Knowing him, it could've been anything at all.

the butterfly, having emerged from it's home hung onto it while it waited for it's wings to dry. It did look quite beutiful, and kawa knew it would look even better once it was ready to fly.
though the sudden grumpyness of the other made her look towards him instead. And it appeared he was on edge about something...Was it the butterfly? or how she was acting towards it?
"umm, mabye we should venture somewhere else..." she told him, and it was then she started to check him out just a bit more. In the sunlight his delicate wings appeared to be even more beautful then the small butterflies, and his coat looked like it was made from silk...or a silk worm to be more presised. She quickly foced on the butterfly again. she wasn't sure how he would react to the small blush that crept on her face and wasn't sure she wanted him to see it either

Coming under scrutiny was not something that Soubi appreciated, rather it be positive or negative. To be plain, he prefered to keep to himself under normal circumstances and would much rather be off doing his own thing than here with her. His face hardened that much more to her looks, and he turned to head more towards the forest than the field he had been resting in. The mountains and near the waterfall were always good places to fly, though the waterfall posed the threat of dampening his wings too much to hold his own weight.
His tails swished behind him as he walked off, ears slightly back against his skull.

Kawa turned around more when he started walking off, her blush complety gone now. Why was he now walking away? and without saying anything to her either. What was with him anyway, she wasn't sure. But she did have her plushie so she guessed he though he had no reason to stay here.
Her ears drooped a bit, but perked up again. She wasn't just gonna let him walk away! And as she started to follow him she wondered to herself why she was acting like this

Soubi sighed as his ears flickered to the sounds of her following him before laying back against his skull again. It was obvious that he wasn't going to be getting away from her so easily, but what could she possibly still want from him? He glanced over his shoulder, wings folded against his back, tails waving slightly.
"Is there something that you want, exactly?"

the question had caught her offguard. What did she want? she wasn't even sure. Perhaps it was just company she wa seeking, or a chance to go play
"I want...to hang out" she finished lamely. For some reason she was finding it hard to make up any excuse..or perhaps it was just she was being stupid?
Hopefully he wasn't gonan think of her as some nutter with nothing better to do

Soubi grumbled under his breath, his ears back against his head again. She seemed entirely too pitiful at times, and she certainly appeared to be young in mind. Would it really be right of him to simply leave her? Well, it certainly would be easier than having to try and sort through her oddness.
"We've done that, after you interrupted my nap might I add." Napping. He did that entirely too much around here in the first place. Everyone seemed to wake him from his naps.

((ggaahhh I FORGOT ABOUT THE ROLEPLAY! SORRY crying ))
kawa felt quite foolish and angry now. For one thing this guy had no interest in hanging out with her (why did she even care?) and she was saying the most embbrassing things by mistake and now it appeared he thought eeven less of her
"well..fine then! " she pick up her flutterby plushie and, turing int he opposite direction walked off. There was no point in staying around, no matter what she really wanted to do.
