OH s**t I remember State of Emergency! ******** awesome, I should look for it... whee

Thing is, if you want to play GTA carefully, without having to worry about the FBI coming after you, you don't randomly kill people (especially cops...) Hitting pedestrians you can get away with, but if you beat someone down, there's probably a cop nearby seeing it.

I love beating hookers, talking there cash, and then finding anouthe rto lay, kill, take cahs, repeat.

my favorite thing to do was jack a firetruck, get the sucker going as fast as i could, then head on the smallest car i could find and watch that thing get launched
