Grinning brightly Asha took a step closer to get a better veiw of how be beanbags were supposed to be used, baffled when the first set all hit Kanna on the head. ‘Is that how the game is supposed to be played,’ she wondered quietly as Kanna picked up the bags again, ‘It must be hard to hit yourself in the head with them consistantly… It’s not like you can see where they are going to land if you can’t look up!’ Her admeration only somewhat stunted Kanna’s prompt insistance that she could do better, though the unpleasant expression did make her take a half step back in bewilderment. Wondered if the fox meant to get them to hit someplace specific on her head or if Kanna might have been angry at her for some reason.
Watching her new friend pick up the bean bags again, Asha had to duck or get beaned in the head by the bag that went flying away from Kanna. Picking up the beanbag off the grounds, Asha looked at the small, innocent looking item in confusion, wondering what the point of the game was. Belatedly realizing that her other new friend had been hit in the arm Asha looked over at the nonchalant feline in concern. “Are you alright Yasuna? Was that suppose to happen?”

((... *dies* xD!! Asha thinking the point of the game is to hit yourself in the head is so amusing.))
Snickering a little, both at Kanna's consistent failure, and at Asha's bewildered reaction, Yasuna shook her head. "I'm fine. You should have seen how we fared when she was using rocks to practice." She winced a little in memory of this, but her amused expression quickly returned. "She isn't supposed to hit herself in the head, or to hit her audience. She's supposed to catch them all," she explained matter-of-factly, patting Kanna on the head despite her friend's dark glare. "She's gotten quite a bit better than she was when she started." Resisting an urge to bite the cat's fingers as she was patted on the head like a child, the winged fox resolutely decided to give it another shot. She cleared her throat, got into position, and threw... Only to cry out in dismay a moment later as one of the beanbags (All of which had gone flying in directions that were nowhere near Kanna's waiting hands) was snatched in midair by a large crow. She immediately leaped to her feet, stomping after the bird, yelling "Thief! Get back here right now, or I'll... I'll come after you!" Flapping her wings in vain, she glared after the crow, which had landed high in a tree on the edge of the forest.

(( lol Thought you might like that! ))
"Catch all of them? After throwing them up in the air? ...All three? ...That sounds like it would be hard to do!" Asha thought aloud, her head cocked in confusion and wonder as Kanna tossed the bags upward again. Abruptly clapping her paws over her mouth and gasping when the largest crow she ever saw snagged one of the small bags out of mid-air and flew away with the stolen property in it's talons and a very angry fox hot on it's tail.
Watching the winged fox go head to head with the obstinant crow at the forest's edge, Asha asked Yasuna quietly, "How's she going to get the bag back...? Maybe if she startles him he'll drop it...?"

"I... Have no idea," Yasuna replied, eyeing her friend as she pursued the thief of one of her most prized possessions. "She certainly can move when she wants to though, can't she..." Snickering a little, she made a "follow me" sort of gesture and started across the field towards the two equally stubborn winged creatures. The crow, to Kanna's dismay, seemed to have gotten quite comfortable in a large branch of the tree, far above her head. She thought she could see the edge of the foul creature's nest, but since it was so high up she couldn't be sure. Growling, she took a short moment to consider the situation carefully before choosing her course of action. With a final glare at the stupid bird, she launched herself at the tree, wrapping her arms around it tightly and trying as hard as she could to shake it. ... Brilliant plans were not this fox's strong point.

Following Yasuna across the field, Asha did have to admit that Kanna really could move when she wanted to, dispite the weight of the heavy robes that she was wearing. "She's very quick... Determined too."
Approaching the fox, who was desperately trying to shake the crow and beanbag out of the tree, Asha shook her head sadly and looked up at the bird who seemed to be laughing at the three of them. "...Maybe it'll let the bag go if we ask really nice? Or one of us could climb up and get it?"

Blinking at Asha, the other feline spent a moment gnawing on her bottom lip and considering her suggestion. "Well... I don't think the crow is really going to listen to reason, considering he's a thief," she pondered, craning her neck to catch a glimpse of the large black bird. She then eyed each of them in turn: Kanna with her heavy robes, Asha with her even heavier chains, and herself with her short skirt. "None of us are exactly dressed for climbing either, are we...?" Her eyes turned again to Kanna, a worried expression on her face. "We need to get that bag back, though... Kanna loves those things." Too absorbed in her dilemma to notice that her friend and the newcomer had followed her across the field, or to listen to their conversation, Kanna was becoming desperate. She even tried headbutting the tree a few times, but to no avail. It looked like she would never be getting her beanbag back. Sighing and giving in, she lowered herself dejectedly to the ground, leaning against the tree.
(( ninja I could always bring in someone more apt to climb... xD))

((I probably have a few possible climbers as well, and you already have two characters going! xp ))
Asha glanced from outfit to outfit, noting the problems that each of them would have with climbing the tree, and then at the supremely dejected fox sitting against the tree. "But, we have to try something! Especially if those bags mean a lot to Kanna!" She insisted to Yasuna, even while not having a clue how to go about doing anything to remedy the situation.
Having a sudden brainstorm, Asha perks up and looks around for a moment. Walking up to stand at the base of the tree right next to where Kanna was sitting, Asha looked up at the crow hopefully. "Will you please give that bag back, if we can find something that you'd like to have more then it?"

((True. >.>;; ))
Kanna, who had continued sitting at the base of the tree, too absorbed in her misery to pay any attention to what was going on, was suddenly alerted by a sound from above. Blinking, she craned her neck and looked up into the thickly leaved branches of the tree. She was shocked to see that the previously stoic crow had hopped out of his nest and down several branches, and was now staring with rapt attention (And quite a bit more intelligence than one would expect from such a bird) at her most recent aquaintance. The other feline, knowing better than to think they could reason with the stubborn animal, was just opening her mouth to voice this opinion when the crow's movement caught her attention as well. Her mouth remained hanging open, forgotten in her surprise, as the crow not only dropped down a few branches and stared at Asha, but also cocked its head as if to say "What've you got in mind?"

Admittedly startled by the crow's apparent willingness to listen to their plea, Asha stared at the bird in shock as it jumped down to a lower branch of the tree to 'converse' with them. Snapping out of her daze suddenly, she shook her head, causing her chains to rattle. "That... That beanbag means a lot to Kanna," She started, waving a paw at the fox sitting under dejectedly under the tree for emphasis. "If we go looking for something to trade for it, might you be willing to give it back?" She questioned hopefully, remembering from somewhere that crows like shiny and bright colored objects to decorate their nests with.

Yasuna's mouth dropped open a notch as the other feline spoke to the crow, and the bird seemingly understood every word. She was still a little skeptical, and also had no idea what they could possibly get that would please the crow, but she certainly couldn't deny that this had potential. Hearing Asha's offer, Kanna hopped to her feet and walked a few paces away from the tree, staring up at the crow with the other two children. She, unlike Yasuna, did not seem it strange at all that they were conversing with a bird. "Please, Mr. Crow!" She pleaded, raising her arms in the bird's direction. "We'll get you something really nice, I promise. I really want that bag back!" For a moment there was silence, and the bird was still. Finally, it gave what was undeniably a single, slow nod.

Hopping excitedly in place at the crow's acceptance of their offer, Asha clapped her paws together once and exclaimed, "We'll find you the best exchange ever Mr. Crow!" Giving the crow a quick bow that almost knocked her off balance, she barely managed to keep her balance by windmilling her arms. Righting herself, the chained turned to her friends and paused to think for a moment, while speaking her thoughts aloud. "Crows like... Shiny and bright colored things... I bet we can find a lot of stuff like that at Waywards that no-one would miss!"

Kanna was even more excited than Asha at the crow's obvious acceptance; She jumped up and down so quickly that she did lose her balance and fall over. Huffing and puffing, she quickly righted herself and looked around as if to make sure nobody had seen. Satisfied, a grin spread over her face again and she nodded at what Asha had said. "Shiny things! Everybody loves shiny things, so there should be lots lying around." Clasping Asha's paw in one of hers, and Yasuna's in the other, she began to skip off towards the pound. Before the poor astonished feline knew what was happening, she had been grabbed by the paw and forcibly moved in the direction of the pound. 'She's so energetic...' She thought with a small smile as she barely managed to stumble her way quickly enough to keep up with the winged fox. 'With how happy she acts all the time, you'd never guess at her history.

Giving a short whoop of joy, Asha mimicked the cheerful fox's skipping motion, almost tripping over her chains several times while trying to keep up with her. Unfortunately, she also nearly took Yasuna down with her on several occasions, and accidentally whapped her with the tips of her chains several times, apologizing frantically each time.
After much skipping and tripping and apologies later, she found herself peering up at the building of her new home for the second time that day. Daunted by the search ahead of them, through a basically unknown building, but not willing to show her fear to her two new friends, she glanced at the two of them and hurridly asked, "So, where do we want to start the search? We... Don't want to steal anything so... Who might give us shinies for Mr. Crow?"
