What do you do, and does it take much time to learn without any psi-using experience?

just make some psi-balls and practice making those 3nodding
once you can make a psi-ball bigger than a basketball and make it kind of strong you can make a shield with ease

I have a reasonably strong shield and I can't make a basketball-sized, dense psiball. sweatdrop

They're easy to mentally program, and you can reinforce them at any time by a little concentration. 3nodding
