Killa wakes up the next morning to find a black kitten with white tips on its ears and tail lying right next to her head. She blinks at it a few times, until her brain finally kicks in and remembers that her parents had promised to give her a kitten on her first day of school. She sighed, smiling. So typical her parents to be so literal.
She sits up and looks about the room, noticing the other girl in the room who is still asleep. She had heard the girl last night, but hadn't been in the mood to do any kind of talking, so she had pretended to be asleep. Now, however, it would seem they would be pretty much forced to talk as they were the only people in here.
She slowly moved out of bed, never a morning person, and dragged herself to the bathroom, hoping a shower could wake her up. It rarely could, though, so her hopes weren't the highest.

Magick wakes up to find her roommate's bed empty, and figures that the closing door is what woke her. she gets out of bed and shuffles to the bathroom to get ready for her first day of class.
EDIT: minion~ There is no classes yet.
