I'm living in the dorms right now and I don't have access to a stove/large fridge/most kitchen appliances. So, I'm looking for one pan recipes - something that doesn't take a lot of prep and definitely not expensive. I have a single "camping" propane burner. Anything will help! Thanks.

When all else fails, have pasta literally you use only one pot and you can buy several different sauces or make them. And you can make some brownies too.
If you search on Google though you'll find a lot of great sites and recipes.
I have never had to only use one pot before so all my recipes tend to be multiple pot ...

Ginger makes stir-fries come alive! Heat some oil, add some ginger. Garlic is good too. Maybe some onion. Cook until fragrant. Remove the ginger. Add your veggie, like broccoli maybe? Cook the broccoli, stirring constantly if using high heat, until it turns that bright green. I like to cook it just a bit longer so it gets a bit more tender but still bright green.
