Sakura seems to think so. They do in fact have a bond from being in the same team but yea I think so. Sasuke understands Sakura and has a soft spot for her like no one else. I think he pushes her away for alot of reasons, he doens't want any attachment if there is the chance he'll die against Itachi and he thinks he needs to do anything and everything to get there and that would be a lot harder with her around. Also, I think that he doesn't want there to be the chance of losing someone he loves so he tries to make her hate him. He does, in fact, have a soft spot for as you can see in alot of episodes if you watch his facial expressions which is well thought out on the artist's part.
This I will agree with, but this is also a controversal issue, Sakura should be with whoever she wants to be as long as he's happy. I give Sakura props for being to wait for him.
