Here's one:
but first i have to explain some other stuff so it can be kind of in context. About 3 or 4 years ago, my uncle gave me a cat, this cat was mean most of the time (I always felt it was something phsysically (sp?) wrong with him, but anyway) about a year ago my uncle passed on. that hit me hard cuz i was quite close to him. and about a few weeks ago the cat died. I didnt really greive for him like i thought i should have.
NOW THE DREAMS(reoccuring, kind of)
I keep having dreams that the cat is still alive. These happen almost every night since he died. most recently, I saw him inside of this fenced in yard, and he came over to me where i was just outside of the yard as if to tell me something, and i could see in his throught and it had a pencil in it(i know it sounds graphic but in the dream it wasnt creepy or anything). I had a dream within a dream thing, and i woke up and told my mom that the cat really was still alive, then i realised it had been a dream so i corrected myself, and said "never mind, that was just a dream" then i think i woke up for real. When I actually woke up, I imediately felt/knew that the pencil meant he was trying to tell me something, but it made no since that a cat would try to tell me something. later i realized it may have meant my uncle was trying to tell me something. So i deided that next time i have the dream i would try to ask what the message was. but i havent had it since then.
now i dont know if i actually just interpreted the whole thing, but i need to know what i should do?

What you should do? Keep paying attention.. If this is a recurring dream, it isn't over. It may mean something, it may not, but keep a notebook by your bed and write down what you remember until the dreams stop.

I remembered a dream I had about a week ago while on vacation. I'm not sure if someone was trying to control me subconsciously or what was going on. Background....I tend to tell myself a story so I relax and fall asleep but about a month back I felt like a human radio and a male voice absolutely refused to leave my head when I told all the voices to leave. He left after I gave him a mental death glare.
Anyway, I dreamed that I was in the efficiency waiting for everyone to be ready to go somewhere. I saw a mist in one corner of the living room/dining room and knew it was a spirit. I however couldn't get a name so my friend went over to ask the spirit what it's name was. For some very strange reason the spirit was female and named Milk. My curiosity satisfied, I headed back down the hall to the room I was sharing with my friend and brother's girlfriend and nearly walked into a guy. I can't really remember what he looked like except he was about 6 ft and skinny. I knew he had followed me towards the living room and he scared me. I knew I was dreaming and willed myself to wake up. He said something in the same male voice that refused to get out of my head the one night. I basically told him that I wasn't scared of him and that I was going to wake up. I woke up right after that.
I'm very curious as to what exactly happened to me in my dream. I also don't know if this'll help but I dream in color whenever I do dream...like the normal color you see things as.

So do I... and I don't know, maybe that guy had something to tell you and you weren't listening... so he invaded your dream. Spirits can do similar things for many reasons, though I've only knowingly had one spirit (Grammy) invade my dreams, and she did it on two occasions. Unless you count my cat Anna, though she never appears in my dreams anymore. (Oh great, she will tonight, I bet...)

Recently I keep having a recurring theme, but I've figured out most of it. I keep going back in time suddenly to the evening of August 17th. Invariably, I remember what happened and tweak the circumstances and Mom doesn't die through some kind of change one thing, change reality butterfly effect... It's pretty obvious what it means, and I always wake up wishing that the dream was reality and vice versa. It's getting really annoying though, I'd rather only half-see Mom as a spirit (I can see shapes and general features as if an aura only, and talk, but I can't see spirits clearly) than see her full-fledged again, since I always wake up so freaking depressed because I hate waking up from crap like that. To be honest, I've pretty much fought off dreams recently, I'd rather daydream than wake up from another changed time---wait, just a dream scenario. Aside from grief, any explanation on why these dreams are also so damn lucid?
