I'm not sure her head's really fitting on her body right now, like, maybe her torso is too thick. It's better for realism, but I'm not sure it's very Peach-esque.

Keep in mind, Peach is less a pear, and more a... hmm... you know what I mean. Thin. Peach is thin.

I'm kinda working on the dress now. I'll post again when I have a decent rough-thing done. I'm terrible with folds so I'm sure you guys will be very helpful. x3
