I like it! It's always cool to see some paintings of something other than anime. rolleyes It's a very pleasant and calm picture. I quite enjoy her dress. Unless you were going for a certain style, it would be neat to have a little more 'body' to the woman - perhaps to see cloth draping over her legs to give the sense of her sitting of on the wall.

I really admire the sense of colors you chose and it does feel like the colors signify Tuscany. But the only thing I would pick out as is that it is flat and because of that there isn't a cast shadow that the moon and night sky is emitting on the woman sitting on the wall. There should be a cast shadow behind her since the moon is on her left. If you get what I mean... sweatdrop
