She'd also be missing a few ribs and she wouldn't be able to support her chest.
And I'd imagine she would die if she ever gave birth.
I think it's disgusting. My sister and I, when she was 4 and I was 6, liked behead them. We'd cut their hair off, sew them crappy little clothes(they always reminded me of hospital gowns or something) and then rip the heads off.
Good times.

i think she needs a wheelchair! but that is just me. I personally never liked barbie, i always thought that she was just what the toy producers wanted women to look, and that is shallow!
