Except I still don't believe Satan was ever given any control over the Earth as we know it. He was booted out of Heaven and he made his own "dimension" (or hell as we know it)
Hell is where his dominion lies and he can do nothing but tempt us on Earth (he can't control the Earth in any way) Satan abiding in hell is a big big big misconception spread by comics and cartoons. Satan does no t live in Hell nore did he create it. Hell is torment, torture. "and there shall be weeping and nashing of teeth" Satan does not want to be there. He is not immune to the fate of the lost. His day will come and unfortunately he shall be taking many lost souls along with him.

Umm that satan can create anything is a huge mistake. see as i have mentioned before satan does not have the power to manipulate matter. only God can do that. so "satan Created hell is quite simply wrong
