(Well looks like Kahyou has given us something to work with. wink )
"We don't see many ferals," Swift replied.
"Much to Tukufu's chagrin." Hanako could not help but interject slyly. Again the Euro looked nettled, but sulked instead of arguing the matter.
The bonded grinned at his kyns. "Hanako loves to poke fun at 'kufu, as you can see. She doesn't mean anything by it though." Seeing Poke's empty water glass still in her hand, he offered to take it inside for her. "If you're still thirsty, I can refill it for you."

((whooo!! ^^))
"l'd be carefull if you do meet any ferals though" kamako jumped in. "they tend to get vicious, and sometimes they might try to eat you.." she shuddered at that memory.
"aww, of course, l love to poke fun at people too and watch their reaction, it gets funny" laughing poke as she handed him the glass. "umm no, l'm feeling better nwo thankyou"

Tukufu and Hanako didn't look particularly worried by Kameko's warning. "We can take care of ourselves," Tukufu nodded, looking to Hanako for assurance.
"I'll be back in just a moment," he took the glass from Poke and went into his home where he immediately noticed some unusual sounds. The sounds could only be coming from one place: the egg. Or rather, the hatchling, as it would now have to be referred to. Swift cautiously approached it; it was green like its mother, but in all other respects he had to assume the hatchling resembled its father. Her father, actually, for he could see that the hatchling was a girl. "Hello there... What do we call you?" He checked the list of names, mentally ruling out all those that no longer applied. "Éabha, Haruko, Miki, or Moriko?" He ran over each of the names a few times in his mind, testing the sound of them and seeing which one suited her best. "Éabha I think."
Swift put down the empty glass and spent a few minutes with Éabha to make sure she had bonded to him, then cracked open the door and stuck his head out. "Seems we have a new addition to the clan. Her name is Éabha."

looking up from her daydream. poke almost went "awwww!!" while looking at the smal little hatching. "ahh so thats what was in there!" she replied. "what a very cute hatching"
Ears twitching, kameko smilied at the little kyn that the human held. It was a similiar colour to her own fur, and she did look cute

( sweatdrop I doubt he'd be carrying her.)Kyn_Caretaker -Kyns just out of the shell are large enough for trainers to ride them if they are small, but are not strong enough yet to fly. Adults are known to carry several people at a time, so long as the dragon is wearing some sort of safety harness. But Poke can come in and see her, certainly. I'm not sure if Kameko can fit. I've got a vague idea of the size of Euros and Japanese, but with Lunars I'm not so sure. If nothing else, she can look in the door, after Hanako gets a chance to look.)

((oohh! sorry l didn't realise this one.. l always imagined them to be like small dogs when they hatch. l'll re write that one))
looking up from her daydream. poke almost went "awwww!!" out loud. the thought of baby kyn inside made her grin, they were pretty cute afterall. though it caised her to wonder exactly what kind it was
Kameko could tell from outside that there was a small one inside. The afterbirth scent was easy enough to pick up with her nose. She twitched her ears and watched on to see what would happen
