Love potatoes, expecially red potatos. And I have not yet found a potatoe dish that I do not complertely adore. heart

The potatoe, baked, is my favourite... but not alone...
Oh no...
With Chili, cheese, butter, sour creame, bacon, jalapeanos, salsa (I like peach-pineapple salsa), olives, onion (or scallions if you prefer), and some red pepper.
Latkas (sp) a type of potatoe cake, are really good too. 3nodding

Mmmm potatoes....
I love them and I don't really care how they are done, but I guess my favorites would be mashed with cheese, herb roasted, and scalloped.
I did try a raw one once. It tasted like an apple, xd

Icysnowgirl o.o There is a peach-pineapple salsa?! Indeed, it figures in many recipes... Salsa doesn't have to be just tomatoe, onion, pepper, and cilantro. wink
