Okay, basically, this is where you can share your ideas for your own Naruto ninja techniques.
Here's mine:
Name--Konoha Style: Hell's Windmill
Classification--Taijutsu...I think...
Description--This attack involves combining two katanas into a double-sided blade, joined at the ends of the handles, with the blades facing opposite ways (kinda like a windmill). The person then spins the blades at extraordinarily high speeds (I'm talking turbine-on-a-jet speed; you know, the kind where all you can see is a faint glint of sunlight?) by breaking through the first three chakra gates. Then, using the same, gate-aquired strength, the user rushes toward the opponent with incredible speed, holding the whirling blades out in front of him, literally tearing whatever the blade touches apart. Put it this way: If Hell's Windmill was aimed at the side of your body, the attack would leave nothing left but tiny bits of gore.
The weakness of the attack is the fact that it takes about ten seconds to prepare, though the time fluctuates depending on the strength and experience of the ninja; a paralysis jutsu of some kind is generally used prior to performing Hell's Windmill.

Before Nuri shows off again in pirates vs ninjas here is some of his Jutus.
Ninjutsus
Fire vail: Create a wave of fire. ((Level one: Only smoke will appears from his hands nothing more. Level two: A flame will form in the user's hands. Level three: The flame can be formed in the user hand. Can also form another flame in the other hand. Level four: This skill is mastered, and a wave of fire can shoot out from the user hand.)) (Here this skill is level 4, but in rp it is 2.)
Earth Fist Jutsu: The user charges up Chakra, the punchs the ground, releasing it. This skill levels up if you use it often, allowing for more power. Level one can create a hole in the ground. Level two can make the earth shake around the user for a twelve foot radius and makes the user fall down. Level three can focus the attack and can make the earth shake in a single direction, and can travel for one mile, and the user will not fall down. Level four the punch will not break the ground, but the will shoot up from the ground.
Hand Signs: Snake, Dog (Here this skill is level 4, but in rp it is 1.)
Fire Punch Jutsu: The user's focused Chakra creates a flame around the user's hand. The special thing about this Jutsu is that the Chakra forces all of the heat outwards, so the user isn't burned.
Hand Signs: Horse, Tiger, Dragon, Dog, Dragon
Fire Slash Jutsu: The user's focused Chakra heats the tip of a weapon so that a flame appears on it. Can not be used on a wooden weapon.
Hand Signs: Dog, Dragon
Taijutsu
Whirlwind Kick: The user preforms a head stand than starts spining their feet around to attack. This technique progresses through four levels of mastery, reaching the next level as you practice it enough. Level one: Can do a headstand but can not do a attack. Level two: Can kick around somewhat while in a headstand, but gets dizzy very easyly while trying to spin. Level three: Can almost do the attack but can not control your feet, but you are used to spining around. Level four: You have great control over your feet. When you use the attack it looks like you are floating in the air. You can move around with ease with this attack (Here this skill is level 4, but in rp it is 2.)

I would be a Lightning based ninja!
Rai Bunshin Ninjutsu - Same thing as Kage bunshin except dor one small difference... If you attack one of the Bunshins you will get a couple volts!
Sword In Lightning - shuriken and Kunai coated in ligitning... Basic.

I would probably be a water based ninja.
My chakra control is mostly water.
Technique: Water Trap Jutsu
I take my chakra control and place the opponent under water. They wont be able to swim up of move around. They would be completely trapped.
The weakness of this jutsu is that it takes up enomous amount of chakra, so I have to be conservative.
I'll think of some more jutsus.... xd
