Kawaiinu Quote: Good opinions/ideas. I agree with you on IV - definitely got me re-vamped on Suikoden again. And Haud Village needed to be destroyed. Seriously. Agreeing 100%, and wishing for it to happen by the time I finish the game. Nya, on that note, I can honestly say that I thoroughly enjoyed to Suiko-V game, and truly loved it (No spoils please, only in by 22 hours). Unfortunately though, I am yet to play the other games, seeing as I'm too busy to find them, between breathing, playing Sui-V, learning Japanese, and teasing my bro about his new job. I could say that it is the best game, but that would be unfair to the ones that I am yet to try, so I won't.^^ *wishing to have the games magically appear in front of face* (Some are definitely on PS1, right? Can someone tell me which ones?) Ahh...so we have a newly addicted person? lol. Awesome. PS1 only had Suikoden I and II, so the rest (III, IV, V, Tactics) are all PS2. They're rather difficult to find (even ones like IV, which I found used at Gamestop), so I'd suggest making friends with someone who has them. lol. Or hoping to luck out on a low eBay bid, or find a used one at a store. xd Good luck!!

I've always liked I and II over the ps2 Suikodens, however, that is not to say they aren't any good. Yes, Suikoden V was great. It revived the series after IV, which was less succesful.

I will Admit that I enjoyed Suikoden V quite a bit BUT it anger me so rrrrrrrr domokun scream the none movable camera was a big annoyance for me (liking to search alot I find at least 10 hidden areas in each city/area which I know there HAD to be something there oh the hours spent) and the fact that a third of the characters are EASABLE MISSABLE CHARACTERS (helpful hint ALWAYS have Cuis, Lelai(the two gaurds from agate prison), and Lorelai in your party at all possible times) and the main base is so unorganized I mean the Tavern will be stories and many loading areas away from the Inn, Viki will be stories and many loading areas away from the Shipyard, it a pain to get around anywhere and the towns are so freakin annoying to get around
I apologize to any one if I gave away anything important though I tried not too
And don't get me wrong I love Suikoden I have since the first one came out I have Collected all 108 SoD in I, II, III, and IV and enjoyed playing them many times over and I even own I, III, and IV
I rent Suikoden V from Gamefly and had to return it because it irked me so
and again I apologize for this long message but I had to get it off my chest/hand expecially in a post that says that the game that inflames my ire so is the best of the series so far I DISAGREE
THANK YOU AND GOOD NIGHT scream

Hehe. Well, any opinion shared is not entirely flamed. wink
To me, there have been many other games that irk me far more. I just look at the overall enjoyment the game has given me, and past the slight irritations. domokun
