Neo X-Death Lanzer doesn't read his mail. You'd have to send that to Jokabo or VO. Which probably wont even care. I know L0cke reads his PMs. I sent him one regarding my Red Trench Coat petition. He not only read it, but replied telling me that it was a possiblity.

I love your design
However, your comment on trades isn't justified. What if people on Gaia do mostly trades and deals for a living, there's no proof of them not.

I wouldn't mind if the admins replied to messages...sure there'll be a lot but past all the "I LOVE YOU!!!!111" messages I'm sure there'll be some educational posts liek NiGHT's.
I think some sort of reorganisation is needed (and also I ned spelling lessons). Generally with the mods. We have a list of mods for a fourm, but some stay in the sub-forums and never step out of them...we should know that instead of saying "No one cares about the VGD". Maybe some don't care cause they are part of the sub-forums...
On the redesign, its a nice design NiGHTS, I like it even if some parts might need a small bit of graphicsal flare.
And why haven't they changed the damn font yet!?
